AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!! The worse experience and customer service I have ever experienced!!!!

As soon as me, my wife and 4 month old walked in and sat down we were immediately jumped on and told he had to buy something in order to sit in the cafe. We then ordered and sat back down. Firstly give us time to get settled and sort out a baby who wants feeding.

Then another member of staff came over (an old women with black hair) and said we can not bring in an empty Starbucks cup as this will ping and flag on their cameras. I then asked what does that mean a coffee cup will ping in their camera? As this seemed like utter nonsense to me. She couldn’t answer said my hair looked nice and walked off.

The customer service was absolutely shocking and to be immediately jumped on and told to buy something is no way to treat anyone. We were judged as soon as we walked in and then continued to be confronted by an old women who had no life and wants to feel big in her pointless coffee shop.

Avoid this place and don’t pay the extortionate prices. Go to Starbucks and Costa where you...

Utterly SHOCKED & DISGUSTED! Ordered a ‘fresh’ orange juice, Macchiato & apple pie cake.

1. The orange juice is not freshly squeezed it’s straight out of the carton which they LIED about & REFUNDED my money.
2. The macchiato was bitter as hell only filled to half a cup. Very LOW quality & nothing like Starbucks. No refund was given instead they offered to add extra milk which still was bitter & not drinkable at all.
3. The ice cream was also low quality and just left it melting away. 1 star for the apple cake.

Please note, it’s very important to listen to the customers needs because without that there will be no business for you. Also, please do not lie to customers.

very pathetic excuse for a workplace, owners specifically only hire under18s cause they know it saves them more money, owners only care about keeping appearances over the welfare of their staff who were constantly pushed into rush hour shifts with hardly any training and yelled at when they couldn’t directly follow orders due to lack of training and experience. each member of staff is worth way more then that place they call an establishment, i remember multiple instances where said owners would consistently complain about not making enough money however with underpaid workers and two cafes in prime uk locations i think that fact pretty much speaks for itself. food is also not worth the price or effort. better off...
