I'll do this in the form of a compliment sandwich.

Compliment: the chips were quite nice

Issue: the service was atrocious. We ordered our food at 1:15, and were told that it would take 30 to 45 minutes. This was a fat lie. After 45 minutes, we called up to find out about the progress, and they would say "it'll be just 5-10 minutes". This also was a lie. The food didn't come until 2:45, and what makes it even worse, is that we did not receive the entire order. It isn't even as if we were only missing a couple of wings; we were missing roughly 25 wings, as well as two burgers. Having waited an hour and a half, only to realise that we had been absolutely mugged off, is beyond unacceptable. Even after we called to complain and demand that our order is completed, there was no remorse from the bossman on the phone, and no offer of compensation.

Would give a 0 if i could, the food didnt even turn up, and when i called them, they said to charge an extra £3 for a re delivery. I was standing outside the whole time. No one came. And I accepted the £3 charge, it was no problem to me, they called back saying they are not delivering unless i pay online, even though there was NO option to do so, Waste of time. Had me waiting nearly 2 hours for the food, The guy on the phone was extremely rude, would not let you get Word in and just cut the call off on you. Horrible customer service!! Never again. Ordering from this restaurant was a big mistake. They arrived after an hour and the food was cold. Not only this but the kebab meat was undercooked, the “fully loaded” burger was the size of a kids meal, the drinks were all incorrect and the chips were hard and dry. After travelling to the store to complain we were greeted by a very passive aggressive employee who found it acceptable to raise his voice after we simply requested food that was properly cooked.
