Burger Club — Restaurant in England

It’s currently 01.11 am I have been driving around late at night looking for a good place to eat, only certain one our open and majority are mediocre and cater mostly to the late night club customers, Before covid

I parked outside this store called the burger club Small cozy shop, when I walked in I felt very welcomed, the decor inside with pictures that make menu come to life what they sell,

I ordered a burger handmade beef with egg,mushrooms and melted cheese I got to say it’s the best burger I have had locally,

You will not be disapointed, it’s 12.oz with chips and drink roughly 8.00

Price is competitive you have to pay for quality and they certainly have it,

Owner and colleague chef very friendly and service was top

Terrible service! Ordered food waited absolutely ages, well past the delivery time. My food isn't here. Ill be calling restaurant tomorrow for refund!

I walked into this establishment to order a burger and chips, I was greeted by an arrogant man with a ponytail. He answered by questions about the menu belligerently, then stared me in the eyes while shouting out my order. He then turned around and started talking about me in his own language with his colleagues while occasionally looking back at me and sneering. His colleague was also obviously high. It’s 2022 I have no interest in giving money to a business that doesn’t train their employees with proper customer skills. I presented myself with nothing but curiosity and niceness.
