Caffè Nero — Restaurant in England

It is a coffee shop, located in the center of the city. As soon as you enter you are in a bright and furnished environment and the staff, is very kind and helpful to the customer. The plaque written on the entrance door suggests that entering there you can enjoy an aromatic and a good cup of coffee "made in Italy ";but unfortunately this is not always the case. .... I am more coffee, one should go to Italy and no in England,Germany, Spain, ..... at this point in my review, I want to clarify that I am mentioning the coffee blend that is produced and roasted in Italy. This place is very good for quick meetings, alone study time , planning and need that the place where you can get tea and desserts and bakeries and focus at the same time, as they have a downstairs that you can sit down and it's so amazing it's really beautiful the atmosphere there is so professional you see people sitting with their laptops or Reading books or writing something or having their little meetings that really makes you want to do yours work to and Focus and have your tea at the same time I really love that place for that reason alone. There is a female employee at this specific Cafe Nero who needs an attitude check . Im sure her manager or fellow employees will know exactly who I’m talking about. Extremely rude and zero customer service skills. Huffing and puffing through every task made mistakes with our order and dealt with us as if we were disturbing her. she then went on to argue in front of customers with other staff members.She clearly doesn’t want to be there.We came as family with children and vulnerable people to simply enjoy a coffee after a difficult time during Lockdown.
