23rd April at 10.00am Honestly I expected high standards from tegtat, when it came to the service and the food. Me and my wife will not be coming at all, due to the poor customer services, I spoke to the lady who was at the till regarding the concerns that I raised, yet she was talking in Gujarati to one of her colleagues whilst she was talking to me, I have to say there was no respect for the chef who was cooking our food, because the ladies were pressurising him to get the food sorted when he only has 2 hands. I did not receive an apology from the colleagues, I advise not to buy the breakfasts which you will have to wait 35 mins. I wasn’t aware there was sauces available or cutlery as well. The colleagues were blaming the chef but what I could see was he was being quick as he could. By blaming others does not resolve the issues that are at hand. The lady on the till was on the phone whilst I was explaining my order, the pastries looks great but it’s not what you think it is. I had to wait for my drinks for 25 mins, which I have to say I had to cancel those drinks and a few other stuff. None of it was Turkish at all. When I asked to cancel the orders, she said I am unable to do that, then she couldn’t refund it on my card but instead cash was given to me. So all in all management and colleagues have a lot to learn to provide an excellent service. I was not offered my receipts, and when I did ask for it, it was an issue. I have never been to tegtat, this was my first time coming in to the franchise and I was absolutely disgusted by...

Read moreI recently dined at Tegtat, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the stage for a wonderful meal. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that our experience was top-notch.
I started with the spinach and cheese borek, which was perfectly crispy and bursting with flavor. It was a delightful appetizer that whetted my appetite for the main course. For my main dish, I ordered the menemen, which was absolutely fantastic. The combination of eggs, tomatoes, and spices was rich and satisfying, and the soft sesame seed bread was the perfect accompaniment for scooping it all up.
To top off the meal, I enjoyed a lovely cup of Turkish tea, which was a delightful way to end the experience. The service throughout was impressive—our food arrived quickly, and the staff was always available to help without being intrusive.
Overall, Tegtat offers a great dining experience with delicious food and outstanding service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic Turkish cuisine...
