Fuel — Restaurant in England

I’ve been coming to fuel for 7 years and I’ve heard and seen horror stories regarding the door staff. However I was so surprised and happy to see these 2 bouncers helping a girl in the toilets. She must have passed out or something in a cubicle. The bouncer trying to help her was so lovely and understanding with her, introduced himself and was patient and understanding with the girl. I heard him say his name was Martin. It was so refreshing to see in a current world where girls are getting mistreated by door staff and girls are getting spiked left right and centre. my friend lost her phone in this club at the weekend and we have all been trying to get it back since. we have contacted via email with no reply and instagram only to receive an automated response despite posting on their story. poor customer service and lack of effort from staff considering the urgency we displayed. it is now wednesday and it was lost in the early hours of sunday. she needs it asap and made that clear and still had no response. hope this inconvenience gets sorted and will not happen to others...

WOULD RATE 0 IF I COULD. Don’t even bother, the bouncers send you away without even checking your ID in a scanner. They checked my ID and my blank account (which is a huge breach of privacy may I add) and still didn’t let me in. I wouldn’t even bother going in there as you’re probably going to get turned away and it isn’t worth the trek getting there

I’ve also just found out that showing your bank details isn’t proof of ID and is therefore illegal
