Shoutout to the gentleman and lady working today around 15:30!

Went in to purchase a box of 12 this morning for my colleagues at work only to realise I had forgotten about a girl with allergies. When I returned later to get her a donut she is able to eat, I briefly spoke of the situation and the gentleman staff offered to pay for the donut himself! Thank you so much! My wife and I visited the Krispy Kreme Brighton in Churchill Square today to buy about 40 doughnuts for my son's friends in school for his birthday and were amazed by the support provided by Finley and Claudia.

Claudia provided us with a better deal for 48 doughnuts for a little bit more and Finley was so friendly and helpful in choosing the doughnut the kids would love to eat. Further, Finley also provided us with a couple of extra doughnuts too.

We will definitely be revisiting this place very soon. Thank you Finley and Claudia for the excellent service...

I made an order through Deliveroo for a dozen donuts. The delivery was fast but the donuts looked awful. They tasted a bit stale too so not sure how long they had them. Needless to say I’m not gonna order online again from them. I had previously bought donuts in person from the store next to Boots in North Str and they were never like this.
