When about to enter MacDonalds Bank Hey Street, Blackpool, my husband & myself were greeted by a drug addict lying across the double doors of the main entrance devouring a mass of white powder, which was clearly some kind of drug, from a container placed on the floor!!! Families could not get past & to be quite honest were completely put off by such an awful sight!!! My husband proceeded to go into MacDonalds to speak to two shift managers who were aware the drug addict was blocking customers from getting into the restaurant & quite frankly couldn't have cared less, if it wasn't for the persistence of my husband saying he really shouldn't be there, nothing would have been done!!! Eventually the two shift managers came to the door (where by this time there were families at either side of the road wondering why the drug addict was there!!!) told him to move, which he did, leaving the whole entrance to the restaurant completely covered in the thick substance he was guzzling down his throat!!! This was completely disgusting!!! Slowly one of the shift managers came out with a small dustpan & brush & began to sweep away....that was it??? With clearly a vast amount of visible drugs on the entrance to the restaurant, the floor should have been cordoned off & fully sterilised!!! I have to say, on any normal day, there are usually around five or six drug takers hovering outside the doors of this MacDonalds which is very intimidating, very dangerous indeed....I would definitely say, avoid this MacDonalds until something changes for the safety of there customers!!!

I would rate this place ZERO. If I had the chance. This place in my view shouldn’t even be called a McDonalds. The ordering machines were broken, so I had to order via till. I waited ONE WHOLE HOUR. Just to find out my order had been “lost”. But that wasn’t the case, they just didn’t want to make it! I spoke to 2 staff members who were very ignorant and didn’t even help. They took my order number and tossed it in the trash! There were others who were also experiencing the same issues. When I eventually got my food that had to be made by the manager, who also never apologised for me waiting almost two hours, I made my way upstairs to eat. And if you view the photos below, that is what it looked like in there. It was disgraceful, the tables were not cleaned at all and lots of staff walked up and didn’t even bother cleaning the rubbish. Even the burgers came in the wrong boxes! I’m not even going to go on, I’ve said enough, I’m begging anyone who reads this, please don’t visit this McDonald’s. It’s the worst place I think I’ve ever seen.

Didn't want to be echoing the view of others in the hope things would have been improved but for me this is the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever had the misfortune to visit. Had I not promised my eldest that we would get a McDonald's I would have turned around and gone elsewhere, we were however out the door as soon as we had eaten. At no point did we see any staff member attempt to clear a table let alone attempt to address the state of the floors, even the walls we're disgusting, could believe it, the photos will say more than I can anyway. Management need to take a good hard look at this site's priorities, seems to me it more important to get delivery orders out than keep the restaurant floor and facilities clear for those looking to eat in. For what's it's worth staff member that brought our food was polite and friendly. I just hope that the kitchen and food prep areas aren't like the restaurant floor.

This McDonald's was a bit of a shambles really First ordering from the electronic board Would not allow you to put any extra pickle on the burgers, wats a burger without extra pickle and 1 tiny slice of pickle definitely does not do it for me. Then there was no receipt at the end with your order number ok it gave a number which was 033 easy enough to remember But some people struggle to remember numbers it's just the little things that matter Then there was the cleanliness of the store, underneath our table looked like a chip war had taken place and the assistant had walked past it 3 times in the end I had to ask the floor assistant to wipe our messy table and clean the floor before we could sit down and eat. After our meal I visited the little girls room My cubicle had a tampon applicator on the floor and was covered in toilet paper, I had to clean the seat myself with wet wipes before I could use the loo. I came out to wash my hands and all the sink surfaces was wet through and full of gunge so there was no were to place my hand bag which is another thing I like to do to keep an eye on it while washing my hands might seem trivial to some people but this is an area that should be kept clean. When I left the little girls room there was 2 of the staff just stood talking to one another, I looked around the upstairs eating area and it just looked like a bomb site, empty tables full of left over food waste and these two just chatting its a joke . I gave two stars for...

I recently came here to use the disabled toilet and grab a bite to eat but the place was super busy and very hard to get into and I was desperate for the loo, no clear signs as where to find them and after navigating through a queue of people who just didn't care that I was in my wheelchair they wanted to be served no matter what I finally reached the checkouts to ask a member of staff, 1 simply ignored me even though I spoke politely and continued to serve the next person in line until I simply shouted out where are the disabled toilets, I was told they were to the far right where its very narrow with people sat eating at tables on both left and right of that walk way, I had to wait until it was free as a lady came out and after letting another lady go before me because I thought I might be much longer was not a good idea but I am a polite person, she thanked me and now it was my turn but OMG what a mess inside, the floors where scattered with toilet paper and looked like it was peed on and to add insult to all the hassle beforehand there was no toilet seat to sit on!!! I finally found a working disabled toilet inside coral island but will never be coming here to eat let alone use their toilet, staff obviously don't care if the boss doesn't either, they must of known about this as there was no seat in there at all yet there was no out of order sign up...
