First time here with friends from the USA and all my family. The staff were all friendly and professional. My daughter had a problem on the way and called to say they would not make it. No problem. Then she called back 20 minutes later and said they were now on the way. No problem again. Starters were sorted and on the table as the arrived. And great starters too. The buratta was amazing. In fact all the starters were very good indeed. Garlic bread, carbonara and arancini all top quality. Main courses were great too. Pizzas were Napoli style and perfectly done. Calzone was said to be perfect by my husband who is from Naples. Pastas were rich and tasty too. Roasted garlic chicken, my choice, was tender and moist. The fennel with lemon set it off perfectly. The deserts were very good. Creamy tiramisu was had by most but the gelato was very good too. The best was mine, the bamballino, nuttela filled mini doughnuts, just wow. The restaurant itself is like many in Italy, nice things on the walls , very clean . Very nice relaxed athmosphere. We were there in the afternoon 2pm and eventually left at 5.20pm. But at busier times your booking is for 90 minutes which is fine. All ten of us thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the staff were fantastic.

Came for the brunch which is £25 for pizza, dip and unlimited Prosecco. The food is great and the waiter was so nice. You get the brunch for 90 mins (for us until 4pm), and about an hour in we asked for a second bottle and were told by the waitress no, as there was only 30 mins left. We therefore managed to get a half bottle, then at 3:50 we asked for one more glass, and were told no because they would stop serving it at 3:55 and it was “basically almost 3:55”?! Fortunately the other waiter came over shortly afterwards and gave us another glass. All in all it’s good value for money and the food is amazing but don’t appreciate them making up new stingy rules! Would come back for dinner but perhaps not the brunch.

Can't fault the food, the staff are really amazing and really chill atmosphere. But. When we got our bill we realised we were charged 5£ each for three soft drinks equalling 15£!.We thought it was a mistake but it wasn't. "restaurant prices" we were told. But even in London that's absolutely extortionate. My northern mate sorted it out, he noticed it says £2.50 on the menu outside and it was sorted out amicably. Definitely marred our first evening out celebrating moving to the town.

Warning should come with this place; would not advise attending this bar if you value your time. Not only did a round of drinks for 4 cost over £40, but after simply going outside to the smoking area (as said was fine by the bouncer) we were told we could not enter without a wristband! No wristband was given to us and the fact they had signed me in upon entry appeared to mean nothing! We were not allowed to collect the drinks we payed for, instead my friend had to bring them all out only for the bouncer to drain them down the drain, essentially robbing us of our money. Staff were INCREDIBLY rude (especially blonde woman) and I feel disgusted in how we were treated. I called bar to complain and was given no reason why we were treated so poorly and denied access to our drinks at our table. To further this having tables with no chairs and not maintaining social distancing between tables is completely inappropriate in the current situation and I’d be surprised if the bar doesn’t get closed down for this reason alone. Breaking COVID regulations. In conclusion avoid this bar with all costs, unless you want to be treated poorly by a clearly uneducated and just plain rude woman. Bar staff very nice though do not extend my...

On arrival we noticed a breeze. We asked if there was a door open to which the waitress told us that the staff were really hot so they’ve opened the door. People around us then started to put their coats on. After ten mins we had to ask them to shut the door.

served a pasta dish with no sauce. It’s only that we asked for the sauce that they told us the chef forgot. Forgot to bring 2x side dishes of broccoli by the time the broccoli came the meals were half finished. Broccoli was also completely unseasoned, straight from the packet. Was an extra £2 for garlic oil or any dressing.

The waitress offered us parmesan with our pasta dishes. When the bill came we had been charged £2 per pot of Parmesan. I told the staff that I’ve never been to an Italian restaurant and been charged for Parmesan. The staff told us that they think it’s strange too and we were also informed that they’re told to upsell sides like this. Very deceiving.

All in all if you want an alright pizza come here. If not go elsewhere in the...
