Peri Grill — Restaurant in England

No matter how bad your mood is, you should either put on a good smile or stay off work. That tall huge guy that manage the restaurant is a very rude guy. I think he owns the place. He never says " Thank you" to customers whenever he serves them. He did the same thing last night and I was so upset. Their food is good but a very rude guy trying to ruin the business. All the other lads in the restaurant are very good, friendly and offer great services but that tall, huge guy with beard is not good for the business. Sometimes stood their, telling the lads what to do rather than helping during busy hours. Not going their never again. Your food might be good but you are not the best in town. I've been patronising this shop for almost 3 years but can't take it any more. That guy is just so arrogant. Customers deserves a bit of appreciation. Thank is just one of...

Normally service is decent. But today it was horrendous. I try to place a phone order. He says he doesnt have it so I say hold on and I talk to my friend about it. He just cuts the phone with no warning or anything. I ring a second time and try to place the same order again. He says he cant do anything because he is the only one working in the shop I ring a third time and all he says is to come to the shop with no form of apology or politeness in his manner and cuts the phone again. Looks like the owner needs to get a grip on the staff and teach them some good phone manners. If one is busy in the shop then surely the owner should be present to be able to call in more staff.

The whole point of a phone order is so that one does not waste time at the shop and wait for the food. But looks like this staff does not know that which is...

After spending 40 minutes driving around Leicester at 1am & calling multiple places listed on the Halal HMC website we found Peri Grill. In all honesty we weren't expecting much but we're pleasantly surprised with the quality of food.

The Donner was extremely nice for a HMC certified place. The wings had just come out of the fryer & were nice & spicy.

What was the biggest shock was the supreme chicken fillet burger I had. The batter was extremely flavoursome in comparison to most of the other fried burgers I've had & will be definitely coming back again. Hopefully it will be as good as it was in the early hours today.
