Food was beautiful l, we were welcomed to our table by a polite friendly man. (it being our first time thought fantastic) we ordered the buffet menu as a table of 6 starters arrived quickly time for mains..... Rice arrived... 🤔 Or it was for 4 of us. 5/10mins later some main dishes arrived asked about the rest 'on its way'.. So we waited.. I asked again cooking it was the reply ... Then the table of 10 next to us all received there mains we still hadn't received ours and the rest of our table had now nearly finished the first portion, I asked again and the women responded on its way to which I politely pointed out it had now been 30 minutes since the other 4 people had received there meals and that the rice was now cold to. She sniffed and walked into the kitchen came back and asked what we had ordered so I told her to which she says I never wrote them down and walks off again this time to the bar then comes back and says ill ask them to make it now for you..I also asked for some fresh rice as ours was cold and she looked at me like I had asked her to poo on the table.!!! Myself and my 9 Yr old son were left waiting 45 minutes by this point so I was starting to not use manor's as she wasn't using any with me! Even when it arrived 1 hour after everyone else had finished there mains she still...

It seems this place is very hit and miss. The first time I went you couldn't fault a thing. The food was really nice and came out quick enough no problem. However the last two times I've been they seem so disorganised. It took ages for us to get our order taken and then when it did arrive only half of us had our food. Leaving the rest to just sit and wait while everyone else tucked in. They brought out a platter of shredded duck with only 4 pancakes between 10 of us. Really?! Can't say the food lived up to expectation on the night either. The men's toilets looks like it needs some tlc as well, as the cubicle door is split in 2 halfs but held together with a piece of skirting board. To top it off a member of our group who didn't eat any food and was just socialising with drinks was made to pay for the buffet. Even after we argued with the manager. All because he had a seat at our table. Don't think I'll...

Where to begin..oh yeah the price HOW MUCH? Way way way too expensive for the service they offer. And the drinks price is through the roof. The decor is dated and the venue is old. Windows are drafty and I have an unclean fork. The food was great however, everything we had on the menu was amazing and I couldn't fault it, do try the duck, wow. However the service was a little slow and I found the staff rude. Considering the price we payed, I was expecting a fine dining type of service however I was disappointed by the lack of charm and hastily they have, and the last issue is payment. Please get a second card machine, because we were in a rush and had to wait for a large group to split the bill, even though we asked to pay first. Food great the rest please adapt or lower...
