Subway — Restaurant in England

Went in last night around midnight. 5 people in front of us and we were there for almost an hour. Two guys working were quite frankly rude and unprofessional. Ginger one (Riley) was screaming and shouting and swearing. Both just talking to each other and making digs at each other. Customer in front of me ordered the nachos and there was no salsa left so Riley went into the back screaming and swearing and throwing things around. The other guys excuse for his attitude was he hadn’t had a monster yet. Finally my turn and was told they didn’t do meatballs after 6pm which is stated no where so I believe they just couldn’t be bothered to make them. An online order came up and both of them were complaining and fighting about not making it. The machine was beeping and they were both punching it. Most unprofessional behaviour I have ever witnessed and reading some of the other reviews it obviously seems to be an issue. But I assume management are too lazy to deal with it so us customers have to deal with it. I witnessed 4 customers walk out last night as they didn’t want to wait in the queue and if I knew they didn’t do the meatballs I wouldn’t have either....

I ordered food from here at 8:30 and got it by 9:45 when it was supposed to be delivered by 9. The drivers was changed 3 times and one of them made it halfway then disappeared off the map on the justeat app probably because they decided to eat my food. When it finally arrived my partners wrap wasn’t even warmed up and my subway sandwich was plastered with sauce probably to cover up that it had no cheese with it and looked like a 5 year old made it because of how messy it was and didn’t taste how it ever tasted whenever I had eaten here before. After eating it me and my partner still feel sick and it’s almost 2 hours later, the only good thing about the meal was the orange tropicana that the subway don’t make them self. Disappointed and not going to order...

If I could give 0 stars I would came in at 11:24 am this evening with 2 of my friends only I wanted to order and was told he was no longer serving (Ryan)went outside to the local kababi to find that I could see him serving another customer went in to confront him as he was serving someone to him telling me he has lots to clean and that’s why he wouldn’t serve me but he will serve someone else after he told me he’s closing down keep in mind there is still people in the shop eating and the website says they close at 12 pm I see this as unfair and I understand if it’s 10 minutes before you close but half an hour no here is a photo attached of him serving someone else but refused to...
