Sugar Momma Leicester — Restaurant in England

Don’t bother!! I ordered a sundae off Uber which I had been craving this evening and thought I would try sugar momma. I ordered on Uber and it said the store themselves would deliver. It had passed the latest delivery time on Uber and still hasn’t arrived. I called the store up and the lady was suprised it hadn’t arrived. She called her driver who said he would be with me in 10mins. I asked her “wont my ice cream sundae melt by the time he gets to me” she replied “no it’ll be fine”. I received the ice cream sundae and suprise suprise.. the whole sundae had melted. I ofcourse couldn’t enjoy the dessert I had paid for. What a waste of money and effort. A piece of advice, don’t bother delivering your own orders when you have more than one order to deliver as you’re wasting peoples money and satisfaction of service and dessert!! So...

Went to this shop looking for sprinkle cake in Leicester on 14/05/23 at 22:15ish called up and asked if they had sprinkle cake which on the website was 3.50 a slice. Got two slices one with custard. Extremely disappointed the lady charged me £11! When even in the shop there was a sign turned around sprinkle cake as £4 a slice. Bit weird there’s two prices for one item… secondly the cake itself I can’t believe she literally made icing and put sprinkles on top that’s not sprinkle cake… the icing was wet! Anyone try tell me sprinkle cake icing should be wet needs to go get their taste buds checked. Absolutely horrendous cake sorry will never come back and price feels a bit weird too bad experience bad...

Let me start by saying if I wanted the delivery guy and his mates on my street for 15 minutes before walking around the street to knock on the right door I'd have paid for it! After the guy came the door he was still sat outside in the car with his mates for an additional 10 minutes. We couldn't contact the restaurant to get further updates on the delayed order. Which was placed before 9pm it is now 22. 48 First and last order from this place It arrived with no cutlery also. Milkshake was not so much a shake I suggest they sack the party driver with his mates. More interested in blowing up balloons in the car. Cctv can...
