Today we orded from pamson grill to our hotel. The total came to £56. Papri chaat was really good it was thoughtfully structured and topped with yogurt and tamarind sauce. Sweet, savoury and crunchy. 8/10 The main stair of the show the "lamb Karachi", very disappointed. This dish consisted of rubbery cuts of meat, pre made gravy base blended with too much onion! This is disappointing as it's not authentic karahi. 4/10 The Chicken dum biryani. Mildly flavoured and the rice were of a good quality the portion was good even though bits of cloves and cardamom kept getting in the way. we still enjoyed it. 6.9/10 The fish pakora. This little bundle of joy packed more flavour then anything else in the order. Although it wasn't crispy due to being a delivery, I would still recommed a double portion of these. 8.9/10 Masala chips. Considering this place claims to be a all authentic Pakistani restaurant the use of ketchup in the masala fries is a comedy in itself, however it was quite nice. 6/10 Conclusion. This was a average experience. I feel the price is not justfied and the chef should revisit Pakistan to get the karahi right. Having said that I would encourage people to visit this place as I have dined in before and enjoyed the mixed grill. Overall 6.3/10

A very nice and clean/minimalist type restaurant, with nicely placed out seating plan. Great service and also very attentive staff. I did check other reviews before visiting this place, some said they were given an hour and a half before they had to leave, personally I did not notice this and it was a full house as well, nor were we asked to leave even after we had finished (over two hrs). The other issue someone had was regarding candles on birthday cakes, well it was some child’s birthday and the staff sent the cake out with candles so maybe they have changed their approach. The menu itself I found to be a little bit limited and quiet frankly overpriced here and there, if you are looking for authentic Indian/Pakistani food there is a lot to choose from the chicken tikka was very tasty but the mixed grill platter was probably the most expensive I have come across in any restaurant especially given the size of the portion as it is also the smallest. parking as always will be an issue for some given its location. Overall a friendly place with plenty of seating but a pricey menu.

We went to Pamson Grill after nearly a year. Our previous experience was not so good, but this time food was great. We had the mix grill, Chicken tikka bihari boti, Chicken nachos, Lamb karahi, butter chicken l. masala chips and Papri Chaat. The mix grill had a good variety of meats. all cooked to perfection and had the right level of spice. Chicken bihari both was a first I've seen in the UK. Last I tasted was in Karachi. It wasn't as good as Karachi, however it was very good for UK standards Butter chicken was nice. Creamy texture and sweet taste. Lamb Karahi was the best, meat was tender and went well with the fresh naan. Chicken Nachos were ok, just standard. Masala Chips were good, but a little too spicy. Papri Chaat was lovely, had the right flavours. Overall very good experience would love to go back. Maybe last time we went was just a bad day, Was complaining last week that there is no good place for indian/Pakistani food in Leicester. Well now I don't need to look elsewhere. Pamson Grill is the place.

a message to the owner. i called up on Thursday, around 4.35pm 10.11.22 asking to speak to the owner or the manager but the person who answered the phone tells me to call back on Sunday the staff was so rude, he didn't even let me finish talking and he said bye and put the phone down. so i called up again and asked why did you put the phone down when i was talking the answer i get brother i am busy and he hangs up the phone again. very very rude staff i am very disappointed their true colours shows after you have used their service.

me and family about 11 of us were recommended this pace to try so we called and booked our table so we travelled approx 45-to1 hour journey to get there

at the time we got good service and on top i gave £13 tip to the cashier and he was very happy which is normal and saying thank you several times back to me.

Now about the food Alhamdulillah some food was good but some dishes weren't tasty as they should have been since we ordered so many different dishes so i asked them to pack up to take home.

And when we got home i put them in fridge by morning 2 dishes were completely off it had bad smell to them it made me so angry thinking what the hel have they been feeding us ?

to double check so i though it could be the masalas they have used in the handi, but no it wasn't even that so i warmed up the dish just to make sure and it smelled more worser it was so bad it put me and my family off from this place.

this is why i called them to talk to them before leaving any reviews about this issue just to let them know but they dont care.

customer service is only good when they see people coming in which means money coming in after this they dont want to know you.

it was 11 of us we were given table at the back its shame they dont have no air circulation in the building the one they have its attached in the middle of the room but it was switched off so some of us started to feel hot and our faces started to feel sweaty and this is not a very comfortable feeling so we had to go outside for fresh air

This is my experience and feedback about this Pamson Grill restaurant if the staff didnt hang up the phone twice i wouldn't have not left this review but after how they treated me they definitely deserve feed back and review.

before leaving PAMSON GRILL THEY ASKED WILL COME AGAIN i did say to them i will defiantly bring my family here again but never again.

i hope this message reaches...
