First thing is first, there were two staff members when I came there and no other customers at the time. The staff made me feel like I was being an inconvenience to them, the minimum you can do is smile when you take my money.

I ordered a make your own box, egg fried rice, spicy chips, salt and pepper chicken, chilli chicken.

The boxes you use are not ideal for this type of meal as it was very difficult to get to the bottom and mix it with the top, it was just not happening without my food falling out of the box which is not what was supposed to happen.

The salt and pepper chicken and the spicy chips were nice 👍, however, I felt like my taste buds had been assaulted by the rest of the box when I got to the bottom. I’m not sure if it was the chilly chicken or the egg fried rice👎, but something was definitely off and I could not even find words to describe the vile taste I had in my mouth and the aftertaste was really bad.

Ever since this place opened I had seen so many videos on TikTok, and every time I drive by I used to think I’m going to one day find parking and I will try this place. A couple of days ago I did find parking and I did go there. It was most definitely not worth it.

First of all, we went there after seeing their post on social media about buffet . It is not buffet it is thalli which they refill . The thing is that you have to take your used thali to counter for refill and the lady is refilling your plate by touching spatula to your plate and then putting that spatula into the food again (I mean there is no hygiene) if they did this with us it means she is doing with other customers as well .Moreover , that lady changed the bins with gloves and then served the food with same gloves on ( means she is handling rubbish and food together without even changing gloves or washing hands ) . Also , when you asked to refill they said you have to wait we are making and then not putting enough food like they are giving for free . Coming to thaali food which we had , chicken was ok ok , bit oily . Doesn’t like fried rice . I like noodles and chips . Lastly , there are no washrooms. We were really disappointed. I’ve tried a variety of dishes including their burgers, Manchuria, soups, chicken lollipops, and chicken & egg fried rice and a meal deal too. Each one has been consistently flavorful and satisfying. If I had to sum it up in one word, I’d simply say: delicious.

What I appreciate most is that despite the great taste and variety, the prices remain very reasonable, which makes it easy to keep going back. In fact, it’s quickly become one of my regular spots in Leicester.
