The Blacksheep Bar — Restaurant in England

Went here for lunch with wife and 2 grandkids wish I never ! Started by waiting to be seated with staff ignoring us eventually got told to go and sit wherever we want. No instructions about ordering so went inside I ordered at bar which went OK. However i noticed no staff had any ppe what's so ever No gloves no masks etc. The table had salt and pepper pots and should have the paper ones. Waited for food whilst drinking our drinks eventually food started arriving wifes calamari but no chips then my chips arrived but no burger then found out my chips were for next table as eventually my burger arrived with chips ! Still no cheesy chips for kids my wife then her garlic chips arrived by then she had finished her calamari. Still no chips for kids. This went on for ages so eventually I had to say something to the waitress that I'd want a refund for this service she just smiled so I said don't smile I'm being serious she just walked off. Eventually the manager came over and said to me it was her first day and she was only 14 ! And that I was rude to her? The place wasn't even busy just don't go here the service is terrible regardless of age...

The Staff are unintelligible and don't know what orange juice is until they wake up at 11:40AM??? The Juices and lemonade are either bland or have a hint of tap water in background, £4.00 Each soft drink!!?

They don't serve other food until after 12PM and don't make this clear at all on their menus and bar. 'Breakfasts Only Before 12PM' in Bold letters would be a clearer message.

Burgers aren't served with chips and are separate foods??? What place do you know that don't serve burger with chips because this is clearly the first for me?

Some menu's aren't double sided so you get one half of the menus you was just looking at.

It wasn't worth my time and pleasure being here and Don't Recommend this to anyone at all. Bound to be cheaper elsewhere considering their drinks are averagely higher than their foods compared to wether spoons and cafes on...

Visited today, they took order wrong not once but twice. Paid twice and didn’t even get things for the amount I paid.

In detail: I ordered 4 chicken burgers, 1 bacon chip mix and 2 hot chocolates. Because the amount didn’t add up, I asked him and he said he placed order only for 1 chicken burger instead of 4. So I told him to add 3 more and paid again. Waited for 30 minutes and got 3 chip mix. They did say sorry for wrong order but lied that only 1 payment was taken. Clearly both were successful and I checked again hours later and it still says successful on my Bank App. The car park on the road is only allowed for 1 hour, so didn’t have enough time to crosscheck. They did give Hot chocolate in disposable cups which I felt the Manager did extra step to settle the situation. But extremely dissatisfied as we didn’t get the chicken burgers...
