Wight Fried Chicken — Restaurant in England

Sigh. Where do I begin. Firstly I was warned by many people to not eat here because the chicken is always pink and undercooked. Me and my partner thought we would give it a shot and ignore the slander. But no, we end up getting food poisoning! ! Even worse we got salmonella poisoning and have been unwell for almost a week. Abousetly devastated the rumours were true and first time eating there we get poisoning, so we will not be eating here again or taking away ever. I hope an inspection is held and this place is closed down, I've spoken to a few people and they ended up with food poisoning / a dodgey stomach for up to a week after eating there. And some didnt even finish their meals because they noticed the chicken was under cooked. Either get better staff who are trained and know how to cook, or shut the place down. I am furious because I cannot go to work because of throwing up and...

Unfortunately this isn't a food review. Disappointed with their service despite the food being good. They took online order at 50% off but when I went to collect an hour later, they just acknowledged me and started preparing it. Which took another hour. One staff member was apologetic and offered some free wings for being late which I appreciated. However, another staff intervened and was angry with the nice guy for giving us free food. He then said we won't get anything as we already got 50% off like we robbed them or something. And that we can accept our food or get lost. I was left dumbfounded by his hostility. Had zero manners and refused to apologise, blaming their online ordering systems fault for being late. There was no point arguing with him so we took the food and left. It was good chicken and cheap but boy...

Sorry to say this i got really bad experience on 09/10/22 @20;15. I have place an order for 20pcs wings bucket at 19;30 and I told them I will come and collect at 20;30 after I finish my work at 20;00pm I went to sams chicken at iow and person comes out from kitchen I told him I place an order for 20 pcs bucket meal what his reply was "my order still not they started and he said the person who took the order who finish his duty and gone I told if u don't sure it will not ready by the time you should inform me at time of order or they can call me back and inform the same instead of going there simply they waste my time". I left from there and gone to dominos and bought pizza...
