Interior: Plain and simple nothing fancy. Sun facing windows so need some blinds at least. Good setting and layout not crammed in and space to move around. Nothing exciting the pics of Sultan Rai made you feel intimated, if you know you know! (LOL). Generally clean and tidy around. Toilet area was not clean but looked OK, odd choice of fixtures. 6/10

Service: Waiters were attentive and placed plates and cutlery in good time before food arrived. Not a long wait for the food, and all dishes came in quick succession following each other. 8/10

Food: Ordered a mixed variety. It's a cafe setting with no full set meals. More of smeal (snack/meal) place. Mixed grill came on a generic plate would've been better on a sizzler hot plate, went cold rapids. Came with a side salad, and well presented. 2 biggies would easily caned one of these. The masala chips were soggy, presumably from being whipped in chilli sauce. Bun Kebab was cold! Papri chaat was average. Highlights were the fish, garlic naan and aloo paratha. Nihari was average. Portion sizes were standard and not too small or too large. Doodh Patti is made to order and personally felt it had too much, moo! 5/10

Value: With the amount of us that ate was value for money and not overly expensive. 7/10

Atmosphere No too loud and family friendly, no music or anything for ambience. Lighting was sufficient. 5/10

Overall I wouldn't go back, but I would ask people to maybe give it a try. Compared to other places in the area/road, I would go to another joint in the future. Good effort, but only a one-off,...

30/07/25 Absolutely totally bakwaaas!!!! Horrible!!!! Firstly it took them 1hour and 15 to serve my family(2 adults and 2 kids) food. 1st came 4 drinks then 15 mins later 1 papri chaat came then 15 mins later kids 6 nuggets and chips then 5 mins later kids burger and chips came. Then 30 mins later came a mix grill and 5 mins after that 2 naan came and 5 mins after that 1/2 chicken karahi came. Wasnt worth the wait at all!! 2 tiny chicken wings in the mix grill were pink raw and when I told the waiter he came back and said its to do with the HMC halal meat cutting process 😅 lolllll what nonsense! Told him why wasn't the other chicken in the mix grill pink raw then?!?! Simple answer is they never cooked the wings long enough! Never the less he took the wings away and did not replace them nor did they minus anything from the bill!!!! The chicken kebab and lamb kebab both had a sandy texture and the whole meal tatsed like it was made at home! Bill came to £65 and they did not compensate me for serving me raw chicken! The toilets at Granby street branch were filthy.....bin was overflowing and someone had like spat something on the floor that noone had cleaned!!! No ambience and it's a shame they use 804 and Imran Khan's name as this is a disgrace and mockery to his name and cell number!!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR...

FOOD POISONING ALERT! My family of seven, came to eat on a busy bank Holiday. Although it was busy, service was terribly slow, resulting in long waits and a 35 minute wait for the chai alone. No waiter came to ask if we needed anything and we were left unattended throughout our stay. My daughter ordered the anday wala burger and when it came, we noticed that one end of it, was covered in black and green mould! We politely asked for another whilst no apology or explanation was given and so we paid and left. Once home, five of my family members, including myself began to feel sick and experience severe stomach cramps. My seven and nine year old, were up all night with severe diarrohea, as was my 14 year old who also had to take a day off school. My husband suffered extreme vomiting and a full 24 hours later, we are all still suffering from food poisoning as diagnosed by our Doctor. I contacted Cafe 804 first thing in the morning for a full explanation and refund, but they have made no effort to return my calls or try to resolve this amicably. I can only advise others to examine their food thoroughly once it eventually arrives and stay away from the breakfast menu as we believe we fell sick with the keema/chana/beans option that is...
