Kaspa's Brighton — Restaurant in Great Britain

I ordered a soft vanilla ice cream in a large cup. On the screen, I saw ir say the words medium. So I said that's a large, right. He said yes. When my order came to the table, it was in a medium cone. I told him that I ordered it in a cup. He said I asked for a cone. I said no, I asked for a cup. Eventually he changed it. Then just after me and my friend was eating, he placed a drink on our table and left. None of us ordered it, so we left it. About 5-10 minutes later, he comes back and asked if we drank from it. Which we didn’t. He then said it was for another table and he made a mistake. He apologised to us, then took the drink and gave it to the table it was meant for, which he shouldn't have done. You can't give that drink to them after giving it to the wrong table. That's bad hygiene and bad practice. For all they knew, one of us could have had covid and passed it onto the cup. Then, infecting the other table. Luckily, we don't have covid, but my point stands. This kaspas is one of the most incompetent stores I've ever had the misfortune of visiting and I'll never be returning to this one. This is a shame as Kaspas is my favourite desert shop. I can only hope that they open a new store somewhere else in Brighton that is actually run better with well...

I visited yesterday with two of my family members. Firstly, we were the only people in there. The service was absolutely appalling. The women who was working there yesterday wasn’t very good at customer service.

Me and my cousin ordered teas she forgot to give us milk, also when she brought the teas over on her tray; she hovered over my 8 week old baby in her buggy with those hot teas. Afterwards she realised what she had done was wrong because I said be careful at the time when she was giving us our teas.

Also I waited for my order for about 15mins and I realised that she had forgotten to make my pancake. When I went over and told her she forgotten my order ; she brought it over and slammed it in-front of me and walked off, not even apologising that she had forgotten my order.

As we left the shop I was absolutely disgusted & angry with the customer service I had to get out of the shop but I needed to complain about this place. And that I demand a REFUND for the absolutely ridiculous service!!! Never visiting here...

Tonight we went to kaspa's for the first time , the dessert was amazing and so were the drinks but in the other hand the service was awful. Then we choose the table , the restaurant wasnt bussy at the time , there were 3 members of staff that was free , after 15 minutes of waiting i went to ask if we need to go to the main desk or we just wait . The table was a mess and there was ice cream all over it so i went to ask nicely for them to wipe it down , after a good 10 minute wait still no one came , and then they brought us our orders and wanted to put it down on the msssy table , so i asked them again to wipe it down and they finally did. For the ice cream we didnt get a spoon or any napkins so i went to ask them again if they could give us any. The atmosphere was not good at all. This was a real shame as the food was brilliant and because of the staff rudeness i dont think we are going to make a trip back...
