New Persian restaurant on Preston street is a wonderful find!
Positives:
Food: The koobideh is INCREDIBLE! One of the softest, juiciest and most delicious koobideh I have had, and definitely the best I've had in Brighton so far.
The starter 'Kashk bademjan' was delicious and served with a delicious piece of bread.
They graciously offered us some Chai (tea) after we were finished with our meal and accompanied it with the most incredible Baklava which I highly recommend!!
Service: You couldn't ask for a more friendly chef and waitress! They were both incredible accommodating and provided overall excellent service all evening.
The only negative about this restaurant is, that it was very cold, it would be nice if it was a bit more warm and cosy inside, but this is very minor and the food, service and overall experience more than make up for this.

Read moreThis is a hidden gem. The food was fresh and prepared with love ❤️ We had the falafel and hummous with mixed salad and Flatbread to start. Best falafel I've eaten. Flatbread was cooked perfectly and the salad clean and crisp with just the correct amount of dressing. We shared the mixed grill which was full of spices and aromatic flavors. Ali the owner was warm friendly and happy. Let us bring our dog in so that's always a bonus with me. My new favorite Middle Eastern eatery. Will definitely be returning Even allowed us to bring wine in from the shop next door. Just an all round lovely experience....
