My honest opinion after leaving this "restaurant", is that it is an expensive takeaway in disguise. I felt so disappointed and as if I had wasted money since wanting to go for so long based on others' great reviews. We sat down and our initial thought was this little restaurant looks nice, and could not wait to order. After ordering food and drinks, we were presented with a well-presented Duck Bun, and multiple Gyoza dishes that all tasted divine ... However, as I blinked all our mains started to appear while we were still on our starters. A big negative for me was the £16 half Peking Duck. The menu does express there are bones, but I did not expect the whole thing to be riddled with bones. I was expecting to be able to eat this easily with some rice and noodles but turned out to be more like finger food as every bite had a bone. So many pieces were left looking untouched because there was hardly any meat on it, just crispy skin. The most annoying part was that we felt so rushed and the Chinese waitresses were chaotic as soon as we sat down. I honestly felt like they did not want us there, or they were trying to get us out for the next customer. I am also a little worried about the cleanliness in all honesty. As the chopsticks were made from wood, and this is not good when wooden utensils cannot be washed correctly, as they absorb anything and everything it touches. I don't think I will ever return to this place purely based on poor customer service skills. Despite being so negative, there were some nice dishes, like the Kim-Chi Rice, Soba Noodles with Chicken and Satay Chicken Skewers ... and while I would say some dishes are worth the price, others like the Duck aren't.

Only our second visit. Our first, a while ago, left a lasting impression. So much so, that it was the first place we thought of when visiting friends asked.. “what restaurant have you visited and would like to return to?” The food is fresh, and well presented. Absolutely delicious and hard to stop eating when it tastes so good! We found it best to look at the menu beforehand and note down all the dishes we wanted. Then we just showed the list to the person who was waiting on us and said we were happy to receive the food as it suited them.. whatever was cooked first. Everything was soooooo good but I specifically recommend the following… Ginger and spring onion chicken rice Taiwan salted crispy chicken Vegetable stir fried soba Minced pork bun Stunning food, lovely atmosphere and attentive staff. Ensure you book a table in advance as it’s a small, intimate venue. One thing to note was that it was requested we bring cash on the night when we called to book. However one of our party spotted a staff member with a card reader, so not sure what that was about. Maybe their card reader had been playing up? Whatever the reason, it wasn’t too much bother to ensure we had cash with us for the night. There is a Tesco nearby with a cash machine for convenience. Thank you for a beautiful food experience, Muswanna, our friends were suitably impressed 🙂

If you are in Swansea and haven’t been to this beautiful and tasty restaurant I would feel bad for you! I saw this restaurant being reviewed by a Chinese student on a Chinese social media “little red book” but could not find any information about it on Google, so I was a bit hesitant whether to go to this place or not. But I am so glad we decide to give it a try and pleasantly surprised by the amazing flavour, the modern and tasteful interior decor of the restaurant and the thoughtful staff. Talking to the staff I knew the boss of the restaurant is also the chef of the place, and was a famous chef back in China. Clearly he made lots of effort in designing the place and choosing the menu. It’s very rare to see Cantonese food, Korean food on the same menu, and there’s the tradition stir fries and also ramen and buns! A combination of classic cuisine and trendy plates, and all food served in beautiful serving plates 😊 Love love love this place and will one hundred percent coming back! Next time I hope everything is as good as it is now and the place will soon be packed with people!!! Really don’t want share this place with other people because I like to go a not-so-busy place but boss of this restaurant, you deserve to be seen!!!

Tuesday evening (28 may 2024) and the place was full, it looked great and there was a pleasant vibe... We drank a lovely house white Cabernet Sauvignon whilst we studied the menu and tried to ignore the incredibly sticky table. First of all, the pork belly was delicious, albeit rather anaemic looking but complimented very well by it’s hoisin sauce. Second to arrive, was salt and pepper squid which was rubbery and tasteless. I couldn’t detect any salt or pepper. I ate one of six pieces, my dining partner managed a couple more of his. My partners dish of hot and spicy beef brisket soup with vermicelli was indescribably disgusting. It looked great but was bland, lacked salt and any hint of chilli. My partner thought the beef might be off, I didn’t agree with him but it certainly had the strangest flavour...i don’t even think a good dollop of MSG would have revived it. My dining partner did something I have never seen him do before. He sent it back. The pork gyoza sat before us looking pale and unappetizing. Looking like the innards of a dalak- perhaps it’s brain. By now, I’m feeling a bit wary and ever so slightly nauseated. I look around at my fellow diners tucking into plates piled high with glistening food- all looking so much more delicious than the pale, fatty, rubbery, tasteless inedibles we had been so unfortunate to order. In a corner of the restaurant a baby’s piercing screams cut through the noise of people eating and all I could see was gluttony. Apocalypse now. The...

WORSE customer service EVER you can receive. Understand that they are located in city center could be busy during peak time. We walked in at around 7:45pm and the blonde hair chinese girl said: can you wait 30mins and come back at 8:30pm? i was like....isnt that 45mins? Anyways, thought we have a bit of time tonight and wouldn't mind to wait.

35 mins later....i came back a bit earlier to check and i saw there is a table by the windows just got occupied and that girl was looking awkward and came to me saying can you wait another 20MINS? OK i see. she might not expect us actaully coming back and just gave the table to others. My friend told me that is ok wouldn't another 20mins since we have waited 45MINS.

Ok here we come to the point.

While we were waiting another 20mins. there was a table for 4 for is being used by two customers who they seemed to finish soon. And I thought we might be next once they pay their bill. Not long after, a white couple came in and straight to that table without waiting. At the same time the two other customers were about to pay the bill. So that table for 4 could have been available to us they just let other took it And her explain was they came in earlier too She rang them to come back Right… why didn’t you ask me to leave contact too? Therefore once there is a table I can get back asap too? Like the one by the window? And she said sorry I forgot Ok almost waited 1hour for nothing

Poor booking management and they seem to favour certain kind...
