Picante — Restaurant in Liverpool

Followed the hype train on TikTok and Insta , must say the food was just ok, for Mexican food I felt it lacked seasoning, especially the salt levels were very low, wings were good, texture was spot on, corn ribs very similar , texture good and balance of different flavours were nice. Just the tacos were a disappointment, Birria had great texture but lacked flavour, consommé was fatty, left an unpleasant mouth feel. Carna Asada was mid , tortilla texture wasn’t great, steak was nice but underseasoned once again. Overall staff were great, drinks were good and atmosphere and outside...

The quality of PICANTE is unmatched. 13 Hens taken on a Tequila Masterclass journey by the outrageously fabulous Kate and wrapped up with the most delicious food, Big nod to you Joe. What a Team.

The Team, The Drinks, The Food, The DJ, The Roof Terrace all seamlessly blend to create this explosively amazing space.

OMG!!!! This is amazing! If you love tequila and margaritas this is the place for you! Kate the master of the masterclass is absolutely amazing! Not only does she know her shit but she is the best hostess ever so intriguing and so informative! Makes you appreciate tequila so much more!
