I go here 3 or 4 times a week with the two toddlers I look after and we all love it.
Drinks: Simply my favourite coffee. I have a sweet tooth so they have me hooked on the iced Spanish latte which no one else around offers. Even on days I want something I could get elsewhere, I wouldn’t, their blend is my favourite. Their matcha is also very good.
Staff: All the baristas and the manager are just excellent. They’re friendly, skilled, and knowledgeable. I love watching them chat warmly to other regulars, make expert recommendations on which kind of coffee will go best with someone’s preferred choice of plant milk, and fuss over babies and dogs as I sit with my drink.
Child friendliness: The staff are all so friendly, kind, and patient with the toddlers I go with. They chat with them, and if it’s quiet enough, play games and are very tolerant of them crawling under the bench and hiding behind the door, and sometimes add special touches like trimming a straw to size for their babychinos. I do make a point to go in the quiet period in the late morning of week days, I wouldn’t at all expect this during a rush. They’ve also been very gracious on the couple of occasions we’ve had spills.
Price: It is a touch expensive but to me, worth it. They have recently had a price increase dictated by the brand but it’s somewhat to be expected given rising costs. I was slightly disappointed that plant milks specifically have an increased price now (I think they were equal with cow’s milk before) but again, this may be reflective of their own costs. As I say, worth it to me for all the other reasons listed. They also have a 10% discount for reusable cups which I’m happy to see many of their customers use, and also and NHS discount.

Not the usual greeting for a customer, but I asked if they do a mocha anyways they said they did then passed me over to another staff member and he said what do I want as if I was here for something else, when they greeted another customer it was totally different offering hello and even offering a selection of coffee beans which were not on offer for me the customer who came in after me was treated respectfully and I was asked what do I want? Well obviously I gave them a bad first impression and that's exactly what they gave me. Let this be a lesson to treat everyone with equal respect and make every one a good coffee because mine tasted like $h+£ and cost me...

What the problem of having only espresso and iced only? Why you can amend different type of milk but just very simple by taking away the milk in the ICED KYOTO is UNACCEPTABLE And please look at my iced coffee I received which in a paper cup with none of ice.
