A one-minute walk from Earl Court station. Abbraccetto, a classic Italian restaurant, with a traditional and tasty menu, just like Grandma used to cook for us. I had a quick lunchtime snack and ordered a traditional pizza... I was amazed by the quality; excellent, delicious, and crispy from the moment I started eating it until I finished it. It had been years since I'd eaten such a delicious pizza. I was so surprised by its totally Italian atmosphere, the super-friendly waiters, and after a warm welcome, the service was brilliant, fast, and efficient. I was amazed by the attention of Angel, Nicoleta, and Patricio. Everyone was super friendly. I spent an unforgettable morning with them, and I highly recommend Abbraccetto for lunch or for any family or work event. Even for those who work in the area, it's an excellent choice due to the speed of service. Super-affordable prices. Simply perfect!! ♥️👏👏👏CONGRATULATION TO THE PIZZA CHEF. Excellent, appetizing, large, and delicious.♥️

It happened again!!!! Yes, at A'braccetto... This time, it's the Gnocchi Rossi with its texture and creamy sauce that makes me fly, its flavour, its ingredients, that cream, delicious, unique, made with love, and cooked with passion... And the focaccia? How soft, how delicious with those notes of fine herbs... To drink Lagrein Rosato, perfect wine, with its bouquet and its delicateflavourr... And those chefs, Elyos, Malcon, Mapa, the chefs who give life to those flames that shine and cook our desires. Thanks to them, to the waitresses, Giuseppe and Joselin, who every time you return make you feel at home... That's A'braccetto. The palace where its flavours are the kings of the...

A very good restaurant operating in a very competitive market for high quality Italian restaurants.

The pasta was all very delicious. Fresh pasta, cooked quite well (though would have been better if slightly more al dente). Pretty good combination of flavours in the different dishes.

The pizza was a definite highlight. I will definitely come back here for the pizza alone. Great dough, amazing base, cooked well, and topped with high quality ingredients.

I wouldn't skip the antipasti and starters either! Prices are relatively reasonable for the area, but things quickly stack up and with final 13.5% service charge, it can get quite pricey.

Staff were really friendly as well which was nice. Half our party was quite late but the team were very accommodating on such a busy night. However, there was a little bit of a chaotic energy with service all night - on several occasions two different employees brought duplicates of what we'd ordered (whether that was food or drink) only to see we already had the items. They also kept trying to clear plates which still had food on them and glasses with drink still in them without asking us. We also had to ask for things multiple times before they remembered to bring it. Again, I will reiterate how friendly everyone was and how we probably played a part due to our delay. However, the service could definitely be an area to be improved.

Overall somewhere I'd go back for a pizza when I'm looking for a nice but slightly laid back...

The food was excellent, the atmosphere was lovely, and the service was absolutely outstanding — professional, warm, and attentive throughout. Under normal circumstances, I would have left a five-star review without hesitation.

However, I am giving one star due to something that I find completely unacceptable: the 13.5% service charge added to the bill is not given to the staff.

This is not only misleading, but in my view, immoral and bordering on fraudulent. Customers are led to believe they are rewarding the team for their service, when in fact the money goes elsewhere. Charging a service fee — especially one higher than the standard 10–12% — and not passing it on to the people actually providing the service is a serious breach of trust.

I specifically avoid tipping when a service charge is added, under the assumption that the team is already being properly compensated. Finding out that this is not the case left me outraged, disappointed, and frankly disgusted.

This is not a minor issue. It is an exploitation of both customers and staff, and it raises serious ethical — and possibly legal — concerns.

I expect a formal reply from the ownership of the restaurant, not just the management, explaining how this practice has been allowed to happen, and what steps will be taken to rectify it. Until that happens, I will not return and cannot recommend this establishment to others — no matter how good the food or...
