The woman working there was very rude to me for no reason :( Edit: They deleted their reply back to me so I’m editing this and putting it in. I would expect most places to apologize for my experience instead of calling my review fake but I also put in my transaction to show you it’s actually not fake. I came in yesterday and ordered my coffee and the person taking my order rolled her eyes at me. When I asked if there was Wi-Fi she said What?? I can’t hear you at all in an aggressive tone and I said oh and went upstairs and as I was walking upstairs she tells the other customer how it was toxic where people would buy one thing and then stay with their laptops and use the Wi-Fi. I could hear her interact with other customers and she was nice to everyone else but I’m not sure why I was targeted. I’ve literally never written a review for anything but I felt awkward and left the place earlier than intended cause I felt like I wasn’t allowed to stay longer without buying more and the whole interaction made me feel weird. Also I just read a lot of their negative reviews and it sounds like a lot of people had a similar experience with bad customer service but if you have free time I recommend reading their responses to the negative reviews. They’re actually hilarious. I suggest you guys shift your energy of hostility towards paying customers and use that to become TikTok comment trolls you guys would be good at itšŸ˜‚

Wow! The coffee is exquisite! The careful curation, the multi-roaster model, the fragrant beans- smelling and tasting the beans here actually uplifts you! The pour-over options are diverse, some fruity others chocolatey and nutty. I chose a vibrant fruity sublime Yemeni single origin- utterly delightful. London has fostered a reputation for a serious coffee culture and this shop ferments that reputation. Really well-done coffee. Amoret also offers complimentary drip to try and the wonderful part of this was that even for their drip, they use a high quality bean. I know this because the drip was luke warm yet still incredibly tasty. One can tell a lot by the way flavors evolve as they cool down. Theirs was delicious through and through šŸ’œ

One of the best coffees I have had in London. They have different types of blends and brewing methods you can choose from. We ordered mocha, americano and latte. All the three were amazing, love how the barista spent significant time on preparing the perfect mocha. Also, the blend used for Americano was brilliant, naturally sweet and low on acidity. Special mention to the Barista, who was very warm and welcoming and extremely knowledgeable about his trade. Would definitely visit again.

Okay so I'm a real coffee perfectionist. I know what I like and I'm not shy when it's not good. I was not ready for the absolute magic they brew up here.

I had a standard latte, cow's milk. Orders were coming in pretty consistently so the chap Sadiq was moving quickly keeping up. Most places would probably let quality slip a little to keep on top. Not in this case.

Looks like the beans are roasted and ground here. It's a lighter roast than I would usually choose but I can see why they do that with these beans - the flavour is so balanced between the nutty, malty, and at the back there fruity notes. The espresso was poured to total perfection. No point in roasting and grinding good beans and then burning them! I didn't see the milk Sadiq was pouring but it was textured so well, all the sweetness and thickness you could possibly want.

I'm not even sure what to compare this coffee to so you can really understand how it felt. It's like getting off a bus and into a chauffeur-driven Rolls-Royce. It's like having a bubble bath after getting home from Glastonbury. It's jumping straight from an old CRT to a massive 4k OLED with full surround sound. It's the best coffee I've had and I'll be back for more.

On top of that, he was a super friendly chap I could happily have talked to all day. I'm just sad that I had to rush...

A girl just now was extremely rude. Lady wearing glasses. We come back every single week and today were treated with extreme disrespect. She told my boyfriend: ā€œ don’t tell me how to make coffee darlingā€ when he kindly asked ā€œcould you please add more milkā€ When he asked for refund, she continued being Extremely rude and said ā€œIt’s for the best. We don’t need such customersā€

My boyfriend just explained how he likes his coffee. No need to be so disgustingly rude. She is a horrendous barista and doesn’t understand that we are normal people who loved this coffee shop. And now we basically are not welcome cos she told us ā€œit’s for the bestā€ ā€œdon’t come backā€.

I am shocked. We live in the area and will tell our friends to stop going there. I was embarrassed in front of everyone. Didn’t know someone can just ruin customers mood like that.

I hope management can do something

Other guys who work there are incredible and...
