Bubbleology Notting Hill — Restaurant in London

Not so happy with the service I received today from a young male named David. I walked up to the counter and asked politely for a Nutella tea with tapioca pearls, which is advertised on their menu at the moment. David looked at me dead in the eyes and asked me , “ is that really what you want?” I told him it is, and he sighed heavily as if it’s too much to ask of him. I then asked him if it’s a time consuming tea to make and he said “kind of”. My point is that if it’s such a difficult task to make a tea advertised on the menu, then you probably shouldn’t be working there, and you definitely should not be making your paying customers feel guilty for just ordering something. The store was also empty, so it’s not as if he was under pressure. The tea itself...

Went there today. The girl behind the desk was rude and moody. She was training also. I asked for a taro milk tea. She didn't even ask me if i want sugar or not, if I prefer ice or not. I needed to mention that I don't want extra sugar when it was already too late. She said she didn't put any, but the dring was extra sweet. The worst part? She didn't mix it properly and you could feel the powder while drinking. Had a stomach pain after. Very bad experience. Tea 4 you in Westfield is 10 times better quality. Never go back to bubbleology in Notting Hill. First time I 've been to this one in Notting hill had the similar issue with very unfriendly moody stuff. Today I gave a second chance, but ended up being again disappointed becouse of the very bad...

I visited with my boyfriend today, and we ordered 2 drinks but the ONLY staff there accidentally ordered us 3 drinks as he misunderstood our words. I asked for a refund for the mistake drink which is £4.69 but he said it’s NOT POSSIBLE to refund and he doesn’t have access. I asked if he can find other people who have access but he said NO ONE has access so it’s IMPOSSIBLE to refund me for my £4.69. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE???? So you guys never make mistakes or you just scam people’s money and blame the system?? for me it’s not a £4.69 problem it’s the feeling of being taken advantage of!!!!!! And why that’s his mistake and he didn’t try to solve it just telling me it’s IMPOSSIBLE while he making other people’s drinks....
