I recently had dinner at Bluebird City, and it was absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere is modern, stylish, and welcoming—perfect for a special night out or a relaxed meal with friends.

The menu offers a wonderful variety of dishes made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Everything we ordered was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The signature dishes, especially the grilled seafood platter and seasonal salads, were outstanding.

The service was impeccable. Our server was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, recommending excellent wine pairings that complemented our meal perfectly.

Hey. I used to eat / drink here quite a bit ... Took clients for lunch etc and had drinks with friends in the evening ... Sorry, but it's not what it was ... Dreadful service ... Waited ages just to be acknowledged? Literally ignored even when trying to say hello to get a table ... The place was nearly empty so not sure what the delay was? Waited again to order ... Most uncomfortable. Went to the bar to order but was told to sit down ... Waited some more ... Really uncomfortable ... When the food finally arrived, it was just about OK ... 5/10 at best ... Don't usually bother to give bad reviews but because I have such good memories of the place, I felt compelled. Maybe it was just a bad day? Hopefully everyone else has had a better / great...

A relaxed and well-executed business lunch

Visited Bluebird City for a business lunch and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. We only ordered mains and coffee, but everything was spot on—dishes were cooked perfectly, served warm, and full of flavour.

What stood out most was the pacing. For a restaurant in the heart of the City, we expected to feel rushed, but instead we were given plenty of time—perhaps even too much, as we found ourselves deep in conversation before remembering to place our order!
