Bubble Magik — Restaurant in London

I had a really unpleasant experience at this store. The staff gave me the wrong drink — I had ordered the same flavor as another customer, just in a smaller size. I realized the mistake immediately and returned it without taking a sip.

However, one female staff member, who seemed to be Korean, started loudly scolding her coworker and gave me unfriendly looks and a rude tone. What made it worse was that she began speaking in Korean with another staff member, clearly talking about me, instead of offering any apology. The overall attitude was extremely unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable.

The woman who took my order had a very poor attitude. She was unfriendly and unapproachable throughout the interaction. What made it even more uncomfortable was that she spoke in another language—presumably Korean—and made a comment about me being “rude” to another staff member. I had an amazing experience at Bubble Magik restaurant, a place where I truly felt that attention to detail and passion for service make all the difference.

The service was impeccable – fast and efficient, without compromising quality. The drink Laura recommended, a mango bubble tea with tapioca, was simply delicious, with perfectly balanced flavors and a pleasant texture. I really appreciated that Laura checked in afterwards to make sure everything was to my liking, offering a level of care that's rare to find in other places.

The bubble tea and milk tea lacks flavour and the tapioca used is substandard.

It's also not very sweet and has a distinct taste which is similar to matcha but on the bitter end.

Tapioca is tasteless and does not contain any sugar or flavouring.

Ultimately, really disappointed and to think I opted for Bubble amagik just to give it a chance when there is an Alley in Maddox street just 5 minutes away.

Might be passable for tourists and first timers but if you have tasted quality boba then opt for the Alley in...
