🌟 An Unforgettable Bubble Tea Experience at Bubble Tea Lagoon – A Must-Visit in Canary Wharf! 🌟
I don’t usually write long reviews, but some experiences are so heartwarming, so deliciously unforgettable, and so full of kindness that they absolutely deserve to be shared with the world.
My visit to Bubble Tea Lagoon in Canary Wharf was nothing short of magical. Tucked away in this beautiful part of London, this charming little bubble tea spot isn’t just about drinks — it’s about genuine warmth, incredible flavours, and human connection.
From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with smiles that instantly brightened my day. Modhu and Salma, the soul of this place, didn’t just serve tea — they served joy. Their energy is infectious, their kindness sincere, and their hospitality felt like a hug in a cup.
Now, let’s talk about the bubble tea itself — hands down, the best I’ve ever had. And I’ve had a lot! The flavours were perfectly balanced, not too sweet, beautifully creamy, with the freshest, most delightful popping boba and chewy tapioca pearls I’ve tasted. You could tell every drink was made with care, precision, and a whole lot of love.
Salma and Modhu took the time to explain the menu and help us customise our drink just right, while Modhu worked her magic behind the counter like a true bubble tea artist. There was an effortlessness in how they worked together — not just serving drinks, but creating an experience. One sip and I knew I’d found my go-to bubble tea place in London.
What makes Bubble Tea Lagoon truly special is how it makes you feel. Whether you’re new to bubble tea or a seasoned fan, you’ll be welcomed like family. It’s rare to find a place where both the product and the people are equally exceptional.
So here’s my wholehearted recommendation: if you are anywhere near Canary Wharf — or even if you’re not — make the journey to Bubble Tea Lagoon. Come for the drinks, stay for the vibes, and leave with a happy heart. Thank you Modhu and Salma — you’ve created a gem that deserves all the love and more.

Read moreOrdered 2 regular bubble teas. They gave us 2 large ones instead. Appreciate the gesture although my friend didn't as he was tryna watch the calories xD
The bubble tea was alright, but the mocha balls coagulated hard at the bottom getting really sticky. Can't imagine that's how they're supposed to be but idk since it was my first time trying it.
Atmosphere was kinda weird with the vape shop next to it, didn't fit well. Something about the whole place just felt really awkward. Felt some weird tension the moment we walked in.
Seating table had some litter on, with a jacket left on the side, didn't feel very accommodating.
Asking for a google review is fine, the delivery could have been better. Perhaps a "Please do leave us your feedback on Google Maps, hope you enjoy it".
Customer service - I know, I feel your pain but it really does work!
I think this place has a lot of potential, although I didn't have a great experience.
The effort didn't go unnoticed.
Sorry if we had that super awkward and hard to deal with energy, not great at...
Read moreOrdered from this place 3x, the first time I bought it in the shop and got their signature bubble tea and liked it. The second time ordered their caramel bubble tea and it was great. The third time was disappointing, my friend went in the shop at first but didnt buy anything but later we decided to uber the 2 for 1 deal. In the signature tea description it said it included black dust, cold foam, and we had selected a normal level of ice. The drinks that arrived had none of this. It was regular milk tea that you could make from the coop kits. Its not directed at the two young girls working at the counter, but it just seemed like not much attention was made in making the drinks. Especially because we had that drink flavour before, and knew what to expect, along with other flavour that was great. We complained to uber about the missing bits and hope they will pay more attention when...
