Bubbleology — Restaurant in London

I would rate this very low really not pleased with this place - the 5 stars reviews seem exaggerated. Since lockdown i have ordered from this place around 15 or more times (its the only one local to me) and around 1/15 orders have been right. I always ask for the same thing pretty much and its always changed with extra stuff or not what i ordered at all. I got sent two random drinks on one occasion. And the another time they added ice and extra popping stuff when i didn’t ask for either. Today my order was wrong and they sent me a reorder that was also wrong. My original order didn't have the right drinks ( i ordered two, my regular) and it also didn't have a receipt. The re-order also didn't have a receipt. I don't understand how someone or an establishment that makes drinks for their prime business can repeatedly mess up the same order 15 or more times. Every time i order from here its wrong. They mess it up every single time. Im really annoyed because i cant even get a refund. I wasted my money here. Every time i order i hope it will be right and give them the benefit of the doubt but they still mess it up. Really rubbish. I wasted my money there. Been to places who give better customer service and drinks that are accurate to your order. They are very inconsistent, and continue to be. Its really unacceptable that the overall pricing for one drink is expensive let alone to order, spend a good amount of money for one or two drinks, and then for them to mess it up or send you someone else's order to you. On top of that to not get a refund or a redelivery with your actual drinks. Its really sad because they were a good place to order from. The one time it was right it was nice and i enjoyed it even before lockdown it was a nice place to enjoy good drinks from. They have a wide selection on the menu, and its very customisable but the execution of it is quite terrible. There needs to be more employees or care when...

We visited bubbleology today and it was on our way out. We had qued before 10pm. We appreciate that bubbleology was about to close, however we had qued up before time and placed our order before 10pm. We decided to sit as there was a long wait before we would receive our drinks. A member of staff told us we had to move out of the area where we were sitting to stand on the outside away from the seating. Despite the wait we moved, then after a substantially long wait we got our drinks. The person who made the drinks called the order number out and put all the drinks on the side that had been closed off. I walked inside to receive the drink and the same lady who told us to go out, came up to me and asked me to move again despite being able to see I was clearly collecting the drink. The person who made it should have put it on the side we were standing if this was the case. Once we received the drinks there was no bubble balls inside. This was really annoying as the whole point of bubbleology is the drink with balls. I walked back and notified the staff that there was none in all 4 drinks. There was no apology they took the drinks and added the drinks: as they had taken the kids off they made the cups so sticky!!! They did not even bother to change the cups!! Once we got our drinks there literally was no apology from the staff was miserable and clearly were too concerned about going home. I heard many good things about bubble tea so I've decided to have a try. My first attempt was OK, however the taste was disgusting and I could not even finish my drink. After a few months I thought I would give another chance and just choose a different flavour/ addings. There were only 3 girls ahead of me so I thought it was worth trying. I ordered creamy strawberry with tapioca. I got a receipt and had to wait for my drink. After approx. 25 min of waiting and seeing staff preparing lots of drinks but not serving any I realised that they were preparing a massive take away order, around 20 different drinks! The queue behind my back became ridiculously long and there were more and more people waiting to get their drinks. Once they started serving I realised that there were many people ahead of me waiting, so the service was really slow/delayed. Finally after waiting over a half an hour I got my drink and it wasn't something that I ordered! It was an orange coloured watery drink, not even close to look creamy and taste of strawberry!! Unfortunately the top was Sealed so when I tried it I was out of line and couldn't be bothered to come back to that chaos! Also my cup was do full so when I tried to place a straw in it I spilt the drink on my skirt and bag!! The taste was horrible and it landed in the bin again. While watching the staff working I noticed that they can be very unhygienic and disorganised!! I'll never come back to this...
