Every dish is an explosion of flavours so well balanced, you'd just want to have a stomach big enough to try them all. The prawn croquetas are very tasteful but it's on the marinated fish dishes that you can really appreciate the research the chef must have put into the composition of the ingredients. The sea bass chevice, for example, has a very delicate flavour at first, and than the citrus, and the caviar come out. The sesame yellowfin tuna tostata just blew my mind away. If you are not a fish person the short rib tacos won't disappoint you for sure! Vegetarians as well can feast with the wild mushrooms tacos and with the chayote and croquettes tacos. The food was SO delicious I just pull out my phone to take a picture of the amazing dessert for my friend's birthday. Highly recommend! In addition to the great food, the venue is very cosy and the service is top class.

The Iberico Pork Cheeks Carnitas were another highlight. Served with warm tortillas, the pork was melt-in-your-mouth tender and juicy. My only small issue? As a spice lover 🌶️, I’d have loved a bit more kick in the salsa. Next time, I’ll be sure to request an extra dose of heat!
