Claudia's — Restaurant in London

Bought a toogoodtogo magic bag - and in adittion order 2 coffees as the place looked nice. To my surprise received a left over broken bag with dried pastries below the value announced in the app…plus 2 cold coffees. neither the quality of the coffee nor the food was decent. When we pointed out the scam - no solution or exchange was offered other than adding another dry pastry (thus decided to return the package and pay for the coffees) the owner will be wise to listen to customers feedback , as he did not even offered an apology. I was served by the amazing ale who not only served me a delicious vanilla latte cappuccino, but also honoured me by spending the time teaching me about different coffees and their individual histories!
