Horrible service this morning Friday 17th of September 21 at 10:15 am ….I hope the manager has a look on video I was wearing a black t shirt with a black hat … there was a lady being trained, she was all smiles and willing to learn but her trainer isn’t bothered … keeps shouting infront of customers !! … what bothered me more is the lady who is doing the coaching as she hasn’t acknowledged me … I waited for 2 long minutes … was the only one waiting then even though no one else was waiting She finished with a customer … again not acknowledging me … went on to prepare a delivery order again not acknowledging or even smiling at me … I would have waited … even though I needed to go to work had she told me I will be with you shortly … she truly lacks customer service ethics and needs to be trained herself … will not buy from this Costa again …. Read moreOrder number: 58000242616 Awful experience today I made an online order at 17:25 I went to the shop to collect at 17:35 because the app suggests it takes 5-10 minutes for the order to be ready. Once I arrived at the shop and asked if my order was ready the ladies working there told me that they didn't prepare it in case I was late and the coffee lost its ''freshness" they told me to wait a second and they will start making it but that wasn't the case. They started making everyone else's coffees and only started making my coffee when there was no one else in the shop my coffee was ready at 17:50 25 minutes after the initial order and they made it wrong they forgot all the extras + they were rude when I corrected them!
Edit: What's the point of ordering in advance if you're going to wait in the line like everyone else, aren't orders from the app supposed to be...
Read moreCoffee and Frappe were good, BUT, service was strange. My partner asked for a Mango and Passionfruit Cooler on my behalf while I went to use the facilities. The server started to make me a Frappe, and when my partner said he ordered a cooler, she said "No, you ordered a Mango Frappe". I said I didn't care, Frappe was fine, as I could take either. Then she proceeded to say she could make me a cooler instead, and asked me twice. I said no, Frappe is fine. The issue is that she would not admit that she had heard wrong. As it happens, there was NO Mango Frappe on the menu, so not sure how we could have ordered that. So it was as if she was trying to correct her mistake without admitting she got it wrong.
