With 2 attempts of trying to order different drinks from the menu I was told we don't do that. So I tried one last time to order something and had the response of "I don't know what you're talking about' and then I was completely disregarded . I asked him again and again to which the response was the same and he was obviously irritated by me and had a look of disgust. I said look I'm asking you for a drink from your menu which is behind you on the board. Again he just shrugged his shoulders and looked away. I just had to leave and go to Starbucks a few doors down. I was appalled at the customer service here. Fair enough if something is out of stock or unavailable I'd understand if it were put to me in a polite and professional manner but these staff members were obviously not trained on how to speak with customers to explain things. The manager acknowledged that there were more in the kitchen but refused to bring one out since the kitchen staff were "now making lunch". I should mention the store was empty and three staff were sitting around chatting. You would think in this economic climate, your staff would be trying to ensure your customers have a good experience and at the very least, provide basic customer service to people who are trying to make a purchase at your store. Read moreI’ve been to many pret and this has to be the second worst I wait ten minutes to be served to only be agreed by the moodiest person I encountered that whole week she had blond hair from what she was wearing I believe she is the manager. Not only was she not welcoming but I order a oat latte since I’m allergic to semi milk she completely ignored my request. I had to go hospital for my allergic reaction the worst is to come when I called the shop asking to speak to the manager she said ‘ well did you die’ and started chuckling.
