Visited here earlier in the month and this is quite a nice spot! Friendly service. Good hot chocolate, but the gluten free brownie was far too sweet. Appreciate the fact that they list the ingredients of what's in their food items, as customers are able to make a more informed choice. The two doughnut looking gluten free snacks had one (last one I pictured) that was coated in dark chocolate and tasted like a Snickers (favourite of the lot) and the similar other one (pictured with the ball snack) was again too sweet. The little energy ball was all right, like a typical Nakd bar. Wish I knew what brand of hot chocolate that they use! A mixed bag for food, but a worthwhile visit.

Only the atmosphere and the shop design is good. Coffee was terrible. We asked for single espresso and you can see from the picture: Zero cream, like a dirty water, bitter and sour taste. Moreover charging 3.10 for a single espresso without sitting avaliable and only wooden stick to stir, it should forbidden in a place that is called ESPRESSO BAR.. you guys know nothing about espresso and service. Overpriced, terrible taste, mix blend coffee beans with unknow origins… espresso bar… sure. Avoid if you are a coffee lover for the time being. Suggestions: employee a coffee specialist to improve quality and service (coffee related)

Hagen is our favourite neighbourhood coffee place. When we first moved to Marylebone I was very nervous about finding places that we loved and could go to every day without question. It’s truly like a family there and my dog’s walks around the neighbourhood are never complete until we’ve made a stop here. They make an incredible matcha with homemade milk and the staff always go above beyond each time. Not only do they love dogs of all shapes and sizes, the dogs love them right back (the treats help!) and will even try to go there after they’re closed at night! The team always make a point to make it feel like home while still managing to make the rest of their customers happy and satisfied at the same time. Through good and bad times, Roberta and her team have always made our days so much better. We appreciate them so much. This level of care and customer service should be acknowledged...

I like this coffee shop. The seating is limited, but on a quiet day, the large table at the back is great; or grab the bar in the corner, affording a view of the baristas at work, preparing and tamping their pucks like poetry in motion. They use Dark Arts beans amongst others. The Dragon roast from Brazil I tried is excellent, but that's a subjective opinion: a lot of the trendy YouTubers would probably eschew this these days, in favour of lighter roasted, fruitier single origins. The baristas here seem to be rotated quite often, and rarely, if ever, have I seen the same individual. One barista does latte art you could hang in the National Gallery. Coffee in 3rd wave cafes comes at a bit of a price, but like many in London, Hagen is a nice place to chill out for a couple of hours, when the optimal seating...

LOVELY COFFEE - SHOCKING SERVICE- ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR ENGAGEMENT. I was the only customer and chose to eat in, but was never asked. I ordered a flat white and a smoked salmon sandwich which was being prepared. I took a seat. I was called back to the counter to pick up my coffee in a paper cup, whilst 3 team members chatted. All the while the sandwich I had ordered was making zero progress. The staff talked ed for at least 10 minutes and the ā€œchefā€ slowly prepared 20 sandwiches. I watched as he completed the job. It was some 5 minutes later, when I had watch him carefully wrap them that he chose to pop one on the counter and shout over for me to pick it up. Not rude, just too cool to care. Get some energy and connection and it...
