Don’t be faked by the paid reviews!!
Food was alright, but please don’t come if you are looking for a comfortable meal.
Staffs are clearly undertrained, or, some chose to be rude themselves. There are two young waitress, one was Korean who is more professional and polite, but the other girl obviously did not know what she was doing. And 4 people cleaning one single table? What a joke.
The older lady is extremely rude — she kept telling us we got 1.5 hour meal time — as if we are purposely eating slowly (and we are actually not) — and we still haven’t take the order yet. The lady also seems to be impatient and keep telling off one of the young waitress — loud enough for customers to hear it!
We haven’t start our pot yet and the meat was not cooked yet, but this lady decided to turn off the gas, she said the meat would be done with the remaining heat — and it clearly didn’t, we turned on the gas ourselves later on again. She is also keep rushing us given that we still have 45 minutes till the finish time — as well as side eyes — completely impatience, impolite, and unprofessional.
The area is poorly ventilated, even the toilet has more air than the eating area itself. There is a big puddle of grey coloured water by the toilet though. The only thing we liked is how tables are separated by a plastic screen for privacy (felt like a prison, however).
The chicken and seafood pancake are both crispy outside and soft inside. But there is no seafood except one piece of artificial seafood stick in it (perhaps they forgot to add?) The portions of the stew/pots are large, well enough for sharing, there is also vegetable in it and the taste of the pork and beef are both good.
Finally the area is super crowded like the night market!
We were not poisoned or sick afterwards, so maybe...

Read moreThe service is terrible. In this restaurant, you are only allowed to eat for 90 minutes. If you exceed this limit, the staff will ask you to leave, even if there are still available tables. One particular middle-aged staff member was exceptionally rude. She claimed, "Come on, this London. All London restaurants follow this rule.” Was this true? She further lied, stating that we had been informed of this rule during booking and again upon seating. Neither of these claims was true. When confronted, she tried to place the blame on another staff member and only offered a 30-minute extension, which was also not acceptable to us. When we asked for an extra hour, she flatly denied us. This was my second visit, and during my first, I was never asked to leave after 90 minutes. This same staff member tried to defend her position by saying that only ground floor customers had a 90-minute limit. We suggested to move to the first floor but then claimed it was fully booked. Yet, just minutes later, she seated two walk-in customers there in the first floor. Clearly, another lie. We were seated in the front of entrance, so we can hear their conversation clearly. Even after all this, there remained two empty tables next to us for over 30 minutes. In summary, the restaurant should clearly state in their booking confirmation text: "Please note: guests are ONLY allowed a maximum of 90 minutes at their table; after this, you will be asked to leave without...
