itsu - Gracechurch St — Restaurant in London

I visited this shop when I visited Monument for the 2nd time ( actually the 3rd if I count my 1st visit in '83 ) during my very recent trip to London this summer.I did a take away .I got avocado rolls & edamame .They were very fresh & tasted good ! Inside of the restaurant was very clean & very simple ,but also very pretty & modern !! I wish if I could've stayed in !! But,I was in a hurry. I wanted to try a vegan set,too ! They looked good !The lady worked there was very friendly & professional. The machine was easy to use & pay .The prices were affordable ,perfect for a quick bite !! It was across from Mark & Spencer which I shopped at right before visiting this shop ! I definitely recommend...

Good. Due to the location and recently, the cost of sushi and the quality hasn't justified a good experience. It would be good to have this improved.

For now the price of other food in other area and quality is more worth the value. I can only see this favourable to those who like sushi and don't mind paying the extra costs and those who work in the city and go there for lunch.

Atmosphere is good and clean by customers cleaning up after themselves. Staff are always friendly.

For those looking for same quality of sushi as experienced in Japan, unfortunately this is not the place and the price and quality is not comparable....

It’s the second time this week that I go to have dinner at this shop, today it was an special one, the girl that appears with me on the picture is simply kind friendly and sweet, she made me feel home, and the guy (Dominican republic it’s his home town) when he realised we shared Spanish as a common language and went the extra mile giving me on the house a miso soup, A+ for them both, after a tiring day at work this is all you need to end up your day with a smile that can’t be erased from your face… thank you...
