ATTENTION / WARNING !! RE Omicron and Corona Virus Advisiory. Rude Staff no face masks unhygienic at this establishment in chancery lane on the date and time I went in on my second visit. Haven't done a review in ages but please read this one. I have also raised complaint with Nero directly via telephone. Awaiting Responce.
Well just as I entered this Nero yesterday for second time that day 30.12 and saw the coffee barista (Female, long blond hair) sneeze DIRECTLY over the coffee machiene whilst making a coffee for another customer at the time. I then saw the lady (Female, Short thin hair (Bob sytle) who later claimed she was the manager working the tills, turn around and laugh with her making an action like omg you sneezed over everything. Lasted about 10-15 seconds.
The story goes I walked in, don't think they saw what I just saw which would of been also caught on their CCTV. I asked for a coffee. I was still processing what I had just witnessed and also noticed they did not have face masks on (both nero employees). After a few mins I changed my mind and asked that they cancel my order. They seemed confused.
I went on to speak directly and address with with both the cashier manager lady and coffee barista and mentioned what i had whitnessed and stated that that was not right in light of the current pandemic and they continued to make the coffee after sneezing / coughing so this was mist definitely served to the customer at the time. Both of them when i raised my concerns just looked at me with expressions and smirk grin on their faces. The cashier lady who told me that she is the manager of the barista said to me " look we don't want an argument, if you don't want a coffee leave if not order one."
This was my breaking point she also had embarrassed me in front of other customers by saying this to me and not taking seriously what i had just addressed and out forward to both of them for explination.
It was their care free attitude to what I had raised which has prompted me to raise this. I wish there to be a full investigation and CCTV replayed on this day to show exactually what happened so they both do not get away with...

Dear Caffè Nero Customer Service, I am writing to express my d. On 12/10/2023 at 8:50 in the morning, I visited the coffee shop and ordered a large coconut latte. However, the drink she served me was only half-full, with excessive foam on the top.
To address the situation, I politely approached the staff member who served me. I kindly explained that I had expected a whole coconut latte, as is standard practice in other coffee establishments. However, instead of addressing my concern professionally and courteously, the staff member became aggressive and dismissive of my complaint.
As a customer, I believe in constructive feedback and ensuring that establishments maintain their quality and standards. It was disappointing to experience such an unprofessional response when bringing attention to an issue with my order.
I value my experiences at Caffè Nero and have always appreciated the quality of your products. However, this incident has left me feeling dissatisfied and frustrated with the service I received. I trust that you will address this matter appropriately and take the necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.
I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue thoroughly and provide me with a response as soon as possible.
