PM Flowers — Local services in London

I decided to support our local flower shop as the shop itself had always looked so amazing from passing by. Originally I wouldn't normally spend over 20 pounds on flowers per week but as it was my girlfriends birthday, I wanted to surprise her with nicer bunch of flowers to normal. I made my choice and put in order. They arrived in an amazing condition and we transfered the flowers into a vase. The price itself was quite affortable at £39 so my only disappointment was that the flowers themselves only lasted 5-6 days. I guess with being at work it felt like we only had a day or two to fully appreciate having them. In the house and then it seemed fairly sudden that the condition wasn't good enough to keep any longer. Just felt a bit disappointed and wanted to offer my concern over buying from here again in the future. All in all, I think this place would normally deserve 5 stars if it is something you can afford and depending how long they...

Pretty appalling bunch of flowers that were bought for my mother's birthday... Will be lucky if they last a day! Lots of green and what flowers there were had lots of wilted and brown dead petals. Plus, the state of the box looked like it had been bounced around the van before being delivered and therefore all the 'freshness gel' inside had spilt everywhere.

Worst of all though is the reaction of the customer service person we spoke to. Totally accept that mistakes happen but when the company tells you that as far as they are concerned it's fine and they have no interest in making good then you know they're one to avoid in the future.

I contacted PM Flowers for an order that involved a larger version of an arrangement I saw on their site, alongside adding a card that included 12 messages from our team. I picked the arrangement on the site because it closely matched our brand's colors and when I say Sean at PM Flowers delivered, I don't mean just the order itself. He sent me photos of the arrangement and it was BEAUTIFUL and better than I imagined. Sean even added a hint of blue to fully match our brand's main colors which was so thoughtful.

You can imagine the agita I felt for a custom order in a few days time with different timezones (ordering from the U.S. to a hotel in London) but ordering from them was a breeze and they made me feel like my order was easy as pie.
