I visited for the first time and ordered the Chicken Katsu Curry, priced at £8.99, with an additional Stir-Fried Veg for £1, as advertised on their menu screens. After placing my order, I noticed I had been overcharged. When I mentioned this to the staff member who had taken my order, another staff member abruptly stepped in and rudely informed me that, despite the advertised price on the screen, one of the items had a different price in their system, which explained the overcharge. They refused to refund the difference, even though the mistake was theirs.
