Absolutely disgusting service at this Kaspas. The moment I walked in, the staff looked at me with rude and disrespectful faces, as if I didn’t even belong there. Nobody acknowledged me, nobody offered help – I had to pick up a menu myself and stood waiting, but still no one came

All I ask is to be treated with the same respect as anyone else. This experience was humiliating and left a bitter taste before I even ordered anything. Kaspas needs to seriously retrain their staff on basic respect, decency, and equality. I will not...
