I wanted to take a moment to share my outstanding experience at your La Tazza Caffe. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with excellent service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my visit was enjoyable.

One feature that truly make me confortable is to providing of free WiFi. (Which I cannot say about the competitors "next door") In this day and age, it's essential to stay connected, (it is absolutely necessary in 21st century) and your recognition of this need is commendable. I appreciate being able to get work and browse the internet seamlessly while enjoying your services.

I must also acknowledge the incredible efforts of Kiki, the owner. Kiki's commitment to customer satisfaction is evident, as they consistently went the extra mile to ensure that my visit was memorable. It's rare to encounter such dedication, and it made all the difference in my experience.

Another aspect that stood out to me was your reasonable prices. It's refreshing to find an establishment that combines great quality with affordability. I felt that I was getting excellent value for my money, and I didn't have to compromise on the quality of service.

The well-curated background music added to the overall ambiance of the place. It created a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, allowing me to focus and enjoy my time spent there.

One of the highlights of my visit was the convenience it offered. I had a few hours between my hospital appointments, and your establishment provided the perfect space for me to accomplish some work. It was super convenient to have everything I needed in one place, and I was able to be productive in a comfortable environment.

Lastly, I must commend the kitchen staff. The food was extraordinary, and I could tell that it was freshly cooked. The flavors were delightful, and I thoroughly enjoyed every bite.

If you’re in the mood for a little mystery with your meal (and by mystery, I mean “what exactly did I just bite into?”), this is the spot for you!

We popped in for a quick dinner — a Greek salad and a couple of soups. While waiting, I had front-row seats to a culinary circus act: the guy behind the counter was multitasking like a pro — taking orders, handling money, and tossing my salad barehanded (no gloves, no tongs, no shame).

When the food arrived, surprise! My salad came with a bonus ingredient — a soft, rock-like object (think “gourmet pebble”). I showed it to the staff, and the guy casually shrugged and said it was probably “pressed earth” and he had no idea how it got there. Charming. The soups? Let’s just say I’ve had more authentic flavors from a cup of instant noodles — and yes, I asked if it was homemade beforehand.

To wrap up this fine dining adventure, they brought the full bill (pebble salad included). When I asked why I was being charged for the extra minerals, the guy told me to wait while he removed !£5.

Mediocre breakfast served, flat white coffee ok, tea fine. Food very average, but reasonable. The service is where it falls down. Staff disconnected from the patrons, no communication when you walk in. Staff member stands mute over our table rather than asking what drinks we might like, or are we having food. So we ordered drinks, then food for 5 people. The drinks came, followed by 2 food orders, then another 2. The 5th food order did not arrive. Patiently waiting, maybe 5+ minutes, other breakfasts were now being served to patrons who arrived after us, looking very much like our 5th meal had been missed. Without having to leave my meal to get the attention of staff, I sat and waited for a lady to look over, which she eventually did, so I gestured that we were still waiting for our order. Clearly had been missed, but did come up from kitchen fairly quickly, and was delivered with nonchalance and without apology. And they missed the fact we asked for no beans on the breakfast. Oh dear.
