KFC Paddington - Praed Street — Restaurant in London

Really disappointed 😞 this KFC at Paddington franchise business run by indens or Pakistani they are not helping ppl they are killing ppl by giving frozen rotten chickens they buy from Lidl or EU expired out date frozen chickens you can tell by looking at them when they serve hard rock solid chicken as I ate 2 hur latter my belly started hurting me very bad due to uncooked and hard rock frozen fried in cencer producing oil cheap quality oil they used they are not helping customers public they are selling direct cencer to verabel ppl we think oh KFC most me good but we don't knows this group criminals came over abroad buy this shop used KFC name under that they sell hard rock solid chicken from frozen then fried in junk fried chicken in bus engine oil i guss then this shop sud be under investigation food safety hygiene and owner and management and staff sud be holding legal documents this shop sud be fine and jail this shop staff and manager by selling expired hard rock chicken to verabel customer don't knows paying to get bowl cencer with that I hate this shop and ppl...

17:30 - Wednesday evening.

This is the first KFC I've been in since Lockdown, and only because it was raining, and I was waiting for a train. I had opted to eat in, but maybe a mistake!?

The positive was the food was hot, but that's as far as it goes...

The server didnt understand the order and I needed to tell the lady several times about the order

No definate queueing system for orders or collections

They called by order, and was handed the food without a drink, I had to ask several times for the drink.

I was then handed a Fanta, when clearly asked over 5 times for a Cherry coke. Not told where to get a straw from either.

5.There were trays over half the tables which is not hygienic or want you to say in and eat.

I definately wouldn't choose this KFC in Paddington again, shocking if its part of the main group, and taken aback if its a franchise, especially if they want to keep customers coming back. It may have been a lapse in service, but wont be...

Ordered through the app, when I checked in I can see my order number on the screen, but the staff there clearly did not follow the order system and prioritised people who were ordering in person. After waiting for 15mins I noticed the staff just manually cleared the screen so I went up and enquire, the guys finally took note of my order and started preparing it.

The app defaults to gravy for sides for my family feast without asking me to choose and I didn't take note when I ordered, so when I collected the order I asked if it's possible to swap the gravy with corn, to which they said sorry it's already packed. It's 4 tubs of gravy it's not like I'm trying to get you to pick chicken out of the bucket... Seemed very unreasonable especially they neglected my order.

They also forgot to give me the soft drink bottle, there was no salt or napkins in the bag. Not a single apology for the wait. Terrible service and overall it took 30mins to get everything - missed my...
