This is the first KFC I've been in since Lockdown, and only because it was raining, and I was waiting for a train. I had opted to eat in, but maybe a mistake!?
The positive was the food was hot, but that's as far as it goes...
The server didnt understand the order and I needed to tell the lady several times about the order
No definate queueing system for orders or collections
They called by order, and was handed the food without a drink, I had to ask several times for the drink.
I was then handed a Fanta, when clearly asked over 5 times for a Cherry coke. Not told where to get a straw from either.
5.There were trays over half the tables which is not hygienic or want you to say in and eat.

Read moreOrdered through the app, when I checked in I can see my order number on the screen, but the staff there clearly did not follow the order system and prioritised people who were ordering in person. After waiting for 15mins I noticed the staff just manually cleared the screen so I went up and enquire, the guys finally took note of my order and started preparing it.
The app defaults to gravy for sides for my family feast without asking me to choose and I didn't take note when I ordered, so when I collected the order I asked if it's possible to swap the gravy with corn, to which they said sorry it's already packed. It's 4 tubs of gravy it's not like I'm trying to get you to pick chicken out of the bucket... Seemed very unreasonable especially they neglected my order.
