One Star - Disappointing Lunch Experience

I came in today excited to try the coffee frappie and tuna bagel with avocado. I specifically asked for the bagel to be toasted and warm. What I received was an oily, toasted bagel with tuna that was so cold it tasted like it had just been taken out of the fridge. It was honestly quite disgusting and not at all what I expected after requesting it warm.

To add to the disappointment, the frappie was not blended properly and lacked ice. A lot coffee added I couldn’t drink it was so strong, It felt like the barista was in a rush, perhaps because her shift was ending. Overall, I was very unhappy with my £10 purchase. Great coffee, but customer service was awful. Went last weekend and ordered two coffees and two breakfasts. While waiting for over 45 min for the food, you could see the staff behind the bar on videocalls, a redhead server on her phone taking selfies and talking too, not paying attention to the floor at all. After 45min of me checking on the food order, they forgot to send it. I asked for a refund and left to go for lunch. I would only recommend this place for a quick takeaway coffee if you're in a rush, and as a café manager, I'd also advise that staff should be trained before hiring to avoid all these bad reviews about the...

Avoid this place. I am writing this review on behalf of my mother who doesn’t speak english well. My mum brother and dad went to this restaurant and the food came at different separate times. After my mum waited an hour and a half (my brother even finished his lunch break and had to head home), she was told they forgot her food. My mum told the young lady that she would like a refund and the lady was very snarky and rude to my mum telling her that it’s not her problem and she should deal with it.
