A (big) tasty pizza(ish) for when you are really, really hungry!

THE FOOD * * * * Pizza Hut, as well as similar pizza chains, delivers a type of pizza that most Italians would refuse to call such. This is not a conventional restaurant grade pizza though - this is a fast food pizza. So as long as you don't set your expectations too high (you wouldn't expect a MCD to taste like a Gourmet Burger, would you?), their pizza will definitely please you.

My Pizza was warm and full of flavour, if not a little greasy. Their large pizzas may not look that large but you will struggle to finish them anyway unless you are really, really hungry.

THE SERVICE * * * * * First off, I didn't go for the delivery option. I've collected my pizza as the restaurant is a mere 5 minutes ride from where I live. I've read many reviews talking about bad customer service. I didn't experience any rude staff - actually I've found everyone very friendly and helpful. I've arrived 5 minutes early to have the time to pay and my pizza was ready the moment I enter the place. In within 5 seconds that I cross the door one the staff asked me if he could help.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE * I would recommend the collect option of this restaurant as it's left me satisfied and full - I honestly couldn't finish my pizza, next time I'll go...

The worst customer service I received in my life!! Last night I ordered cookie dough and ice cream and drinks and only received cookie dough. I only live 2 min away so I thought I’d call up and get them to rectify the issue. I wasn’t upset at this point as mistakes can happen. When I called, the man who answered the phone had such a disgusting tone with me from the beginning, he put me on hold for a long while straight away and when he finally came back and I told him what had happen he spoke in such a disgusting manner to me and he hung up the phone like I had done something bad! I simply told him my issue and wanted to know the best way to fix it. I called back again because I really wanted this man’s man so I am complain he kept refusing ad hanging up and declining and putting it on hold. He finally said his name is yaqoub but I think he was lying. Me and my family are regular customers but from now onwards I will never ever order from them again. I don’t want to ever get spoke to like that again. His tone with me was so horrible he completely ruined my weekend. He has no respect for women and looking at these reviews, no one for that matter. Being nice doesn’t cost you anything. Food could be rubbish but service is everything. Please re-think...

The unprofessional demeanor, rude attitude, and unacceptable temperament exhibited by the entire team have left me shocked and dismayed.
