Dear Pure Team,

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience on this occasion. I’ve been a regular visitor to your Bank branch and recently started visiting the Moorgate location. I typically order a hot toastie or wrap, but unfortunately, I’ve noticed a recurring issue at Moorgate. On multiple visits—around the fourth or fifth time—the wrap I received was cold. I’m not sure if it had been sitting on the hot counter for too long, but it certainly wasn’t freshly heated. I’ve asked staff if it could be reheated or replaced with a fresh one, but I was told this isn’t necessary. However, the wrap consistently arrives cold, which is disappointing given the premium price. I’m unsure if this is a training issue, but I kindly ask that staff be informed to either reheat wraps upon request or ensure they are served fresh and hot. As a loyal customer, I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for others as well. Honestly not that impressive. The pasta is average. Coffee was ok. You get better at Zizzi or carluccios.. the only factor which is good here is that it is fast food. But I don't think fast food should mean less quality than we are used to receiving. Or if it is.. then the price should be cheaper.. look at EAT. Have a maceroni there and it is as good as it gets ingredients wise. The chicken and mushroom pasta I had here had very little mushroom and chicken.. and it was cut into miniscule pieces. For a moment I thought they gave me the wrong dish.. but after digging around I found a tiny shred of chicken. The decorations of the place are actually quite nice. Like the pastel blue on the walls. A brilliant creative space in the heart of the city. A wide selection of hot and cold food as well as tasty treats. The prices are a little on the steep side for grub but this is london. The iced americano is standard and comparable in price to other coffee chains. There is little seating upstairs but it is light and airy. The staff could be a little more chirpy but this isnt a big factor so late in the day - its to be expected. Downstairs has aircon, a range of table sizes and comfy seats which makes it perfect for those working and need to spread out. The music is pretty calming but a tad too loud so some form of white noise is needed to drown it out if you need to focus. Toilets are downstairs and there is free tap water outlets on both floors. A brilliant touch is the number of power points that are conveniently placed. Great if you need to charge devices...
