"An Exceptional Experience at Radio City – Thanks to Miss Amanda Barbosa!"

I've had the pleasure of visiting Radio City Restaurant and Lounge twice – once with my clients and business associates, and a second time for a more relaxed lunch. Both times, I left with an incredible impression, largely thanks to the outstanding hospitality extended by Miss Amanda Barbosa. Her professionalism and warmth left an indelible mark on me, and I feel compelled to share my experience to highlight the role she plays in making this establishment a truly unique gem in London’s dining scene.

From the moment my clients and I arrived on my first visit, Amanda's approach was remarkable. She greeted each one of us with such grace and attentiveness, making everyone feel like a VIP. Her ability to address my clients personally and ensure their comfort set the tone for a memorable evening. Not only was she highly professional, but she also anticipated our needs with an intuition that only comes from someone who truly cares about the guest experience. It was clear she had a natural talent for hospitality and a genuine commitment to making sure every guest feels important and valued.

The second time I visited, for lunch, I again experienced Amanda’s exceptional level of service. She went out of her way to ensure that my meal was perfect, all while attentively managing other tables. It’s rare in London to find someone so dedicated to her work, bringing both warmth and efficiency to every interaction. Amanda’s attention to detail, kindness, and proactive approach left me feeling truly cared for and appreciated as a guest.

The ambiance at Radio City is exceptional, adding to the appeal of this elegant rooftop lounge. I’ve been informed that it’s a popular destination on Saturday nights – and it’s easy to see why. However, it’s the exceptional people, like Amanda, who elevate the experience from good to extraordinary. In my opinion, it’s individuals like her who are the backbone of any successful venue. Her commitment to excellence, warm demeanor, and professional finesse set a standard that other establishments could aspire to.

I want the management to know how crucial Amanda has been in creating a fantastic experience that brings people like me – and my clients – back to Radio City. She has my highest recommendation for any leadership role within the team, as she could undoubtedly guide and inspire others to provide the level of service she consistently delivers. Amanda’s work is not only a credit to herself but also an asset to Radio City, enhancing its reputation and drawing guests back time and again.

My experience at Radio City Restaurant and Lounge has been nothing short of exceptional, and I attribute this largely to Amanda’s efforts. I am writing this review out of sheer gratitude, and I hope it serves as a testament to the value she brings to this establishment. I look forward to returning and will certainly bring my business clients here again – not only for the ambiance but for the remarkable service Amanda and her team provide.

Thank you, Amanda, and thank you, Radio City, for setting a new benchmark for...

I regret to say that my recent visit to this bar was an absolute nightmare, and I would strongly advise anyone considering it to stay away. The appalling behavior of the manager completely ruined our evening, leaving a lasting negative impression.

Upon arrival, we patiently waited for nearly half an hour to be served our cocktails. The waitress eventually approached us, expressing her apologies and acknowledging that it was their mistake for forgetting about our table's time limit. She kindly offered to extend our booking by an additional half an hour to compensate. However, a miscommunication arose between my friend and the waitress regarding whether the extension was for 0.5 or 1.5 hours. Seeking clarification, we approached the manager, which unfortunately escalated the situation to an unimaginable level of unprofessionalism.

The manager promptly dismissed our request for an extension, claiming that we should have been aware of the rules. Seeking further confirmation, I turned to the waitress to inquire if she had indeed apologized for the initial mistake. Shockingly, the waitress confirmed that the decision to deny us even a 0.5-hour extension was solely the manager's choice. From that point on, the manager's conduct spiraled out of control.

She began shouting at us in an offensive and derogatory manner, completely disregarding our rights as customers. Threats were made to take pictures of us and even call security, creating an extremely uncomfortable and humiliating atmosphere. It was abundantly clear that the manager had no regard for customer service or basic professionalism.

This experience left us deeply disappointed and disillusioned. Is this how the management team treats their guests? Is this the level of operation one should expect from a bar manager? It is simply unacceptable.

I am resolved never to return to this establishment, and I will actively discourage my friends, colleagues, and followers from visiting this bar. I implore others to avoid this place as well, as it fosters an environment of rudeness, disrespect, and humiliation. No one deserves to be cheated, insulted, and mistreated in this manner.

In conclusion, I urge Google and its users not to support an establishment that condones such behavior. Let us promote places that value their customers and provide a...

We reserved the NYE £375/person event for four people. It came with a welcome champagne, and a selection of foods ranging from cold and hot items. There was a live DJ and a saxophone player the entire night.

Our server Veenu was very attentive and took care of us well. He started us with our drinks. And then brought out the cold items which comprised of two different types of sushi rolls, and different sashimis and nigiri’s. Each person got their own plates although the menu said shared. Next came the hot items which came with multiple fried items, as well as two pieces of lamb chops. This was thoughtlessly A-LOT of food, especially for a pre NYE night. It could’ve been much more enjoyable and manageable if it was coursed out and planned with much less items and if presented better. Almost all tables did not finish majority of their food.

In terms of taste, The best thing on the menu was the lamb chops. It was VERY tender and juicy. Everything else was okay. Definitely not something I would pay premium price for.

Overall the vibe was tamed. The crowd was mostly older and mostly tourists. Definitely not the NYE upbeat extravagant London night life I was expecting. Definitely, did not feel like it was THE place to be on NYE. The decor was nice but not “London” vibe. I could see this decor maybe in Miami or other southern cities.

At midnight the crowd went out to the balcony which gave us far away, side angle, somewhat unobstructed view of the fire works over the river.

Price: £375/per person which essentially pays for the food and one welcome drink. Each additional drink ranges from £20-25 which quickly adds up. They also add “optional” service charge of £13.5%. Which, let’s be real, is not really optional. No patron wants the awkward moment of asking them to remove it from their bill. Our total for the night for 4 people was about £1900. Overall definitely not worth the price tag, definitely not worth the experience, most certainly not the place to be on NYE. I would...

We have visited this place on a Monday (bank holiday). We had a booking for 20:00 in the evening and we were running late and the lady on the welcome desk kindly moved our booking for 45 minutes later. When we arrived at the place, the rooftop was almost empty, and the lady told us that there were no tables in the terrace. We were not happy with this therefore we asked again any possibility to have a table outside. We finally got a table outside, but the lady was telling us that everything was fully booked. We stayed for a little bit more than one hour and the place was still 80% empty. All the tables around us were empty all the time. We literally don’t understand why the lady was saying that everything was fully booked! So what’s the point for going to a rooftop terrace if you are not meant to have a table outside when everything is empty? Now for the drinks menu, I would say that I was a little bit disappointed because I was expecting a large number of cocktails. The waiter was asking if we would like any specific cocktail, and he kindly made a mixture between Baileys and Frangelico (not on the menu). My cocktail arrived full of ice, and only half full, but the drink was delicious! Nevertheless, I am sure if you have taken all the ice away, it will be almost empty…. Not sure if these are standard measurements for a cocktail, but I was expecting a little bit more quantity within the glass, especially paying 20£ per cocktail! The views are amazing and the place is really special, but I believe that they are not making the most of it with the availability of the empty tables and the size of the cocktails. From my perspective, everything was really overpriced. Staff working there were really friendly and knowledgeable, therefore no complaints about that, but I was expecting a little bit more from the menu and offerings.
