I ordered the Beef & Truffle ravioli and Chianti & Beef pasta. The service was not bad at all, they were attentive and always checked back on us. Even though it was busy. There were a few faults: the food order was mixed with another table so our food was served late. Which is forgivable since they seemed to have new staff. And then I found out my pasta was raw in the middle. I considered if it could be El-Dente but I checked by looking inside the pasta and it was white and too chewy until I could taste the dough. They kindly offered complimentary Bruschetta and recooked my pasta for me. Second time....exact same. Raw on the inside. At this point I had nothing to say, it was too awkward and disappointing. I don’t blame the front of house at all, they were lovely. But I really want to know how the chef could make the same mistake twice. Additional info: I went back home to cook the pasta myself to make sure it was...

Disappointed. The first time was brilliant so I came back for the Al dente spaghetti , but the sec time is very soggy, I can make it better at home. First of all I waited 15 mins to be served when it wasn’t busy at all. Their wines are very over priced, this so called 250ml shit house Rose wine with £9!!! I really doubt the actual volume. More importantly is the glass has a strong chlorine smell. I normally will have at least 2 glasses of wine to pair with my meal, but this time made me stop with 1 glass only. Also, I asked for chilli flakes, the waitress said they only have chilli oil. But at the end when the bill came, I noticed they charged me about £1 , They should inform customer first. The overall experience is not really pleasant. This will be the last time...

Awful experience. Went for my birthday as a vegetarian. Most Italian food isn’t vegetarian due to Parmesan but I checked which one I could have and was told I could have 3 of the pastas. However this wasn’t true. When I said that I couldn’t have that one she changed her mind as to what was vegetarian. Completely clueless but could’ve easily checked with a manager or someone more knowledgeable. Ended up leaving despite having nowhere else to go, due to her rudeness as she was rolling her eyes at us and talking about how annoying it was to her colleagues. Definitely do not come here if you have allergies or dietary requirements as you will be told you can eat things that you can’t! I don’t usually review or walk out of restaurants but I felt very...

A pleasant place overall. I only took food to go during lunch breaks, but I tried it several times. I wouldn’t sit inside at lunchtime. The layout isn’t very comfortable, since the line runs right between the tables, which must be awkward for people sitting there. The system with two separate queues - for business lunches and for pasta - also felt confusing, as everything mixed together and became inconvenient. As for the food, I liked it. The business lunch was tasty, simple, and filling - no frills, but good value. I had pasta before as well, and while it was fine, the lunch menu was definitely the better choice.

Not good experience unfortunately! Came here for dinner on a Thursday evening. We ordered two starters: bruschetta with Nduja and burrata (good) and arrosticini (very dry and overpriced). As main we took zucchini and gamberi pasta + arrabbiata bucatini. Although picture looks good, again here pasta was without flavour and borderline uncooked (I would not define that pasta “al dente”). Service was average, cook had to ring bell with our food 4 times before it being picked up. Bill was ok for city prices, but food quality not there…
