Pret A Manger - Tottenham Hale Station — Restaurant in London

On April 16, 2024, I visited a Pret A Manger location and ordered three drinks. During my visit, I observed that the staff, consisting of two female employees and one male employee, appeared busy with their tasks. The male employee took the orders while the female employees prepared the drinks.

Unfortunately, the drinks I received were not what I had ordered. When I tried to communicate this issue, the male employee began using what I believe was sign language, assuming I did not understand, and attempted to rectify the order. However, the subsequent attempt also did not meet expectations.

Frustrated by the situation, I chose to leave the premises without the correct order. Subsequently, I have reached out to Pret A Manger's head office to express my concerns about the quality control and service standards at this location.

I believe it's crucial for Pret A Manger to focus on maintaining high-quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction and safety. My experience has led me to caution that inconsistencies in drink preparation could pose a risk to customers' experiences and the reputation of the establishment.

Furthermore, I regret to report that I spent £13 on unsatisfactory beverages. I hope that Pret A Manger's management will address this matter promptly to prevent such incidents from recurring.

I have experience with rude services. I said I have a cup with me before I order. When I open my beg wanted to give my cup and it does not take like 10 second. My order is already, I told I have I have my own cup. But the Indian or Pakistan pret work said I should said before I order. But THATS WHAT I DID. Loved the coconut latte. Extra hot was very hot!😀 The food was amazing too! However the opening times on google claims: open until 7pm on Sundays. Staff announced at 17:19 the cafe will be closed in 10 minutes?
