Front of house was extremely rude - there are many other venues around, head there instead or to the original Swift in Soho where the staff are absolutely amazing!

We arrived without a booking at around 8:45pm and waited outside for a table. To the security guard's credit, he was absolutely lovely (the only positive of this experience) The venue was busy but there were a few tables free so I checked online and saw a table free table for 9pm and booked that. Showed the security guard our booking who spoke to the front of house. The front of house came out and was extremely rude - it would have been perfectly fine if she acknowledged upfront it was an error in the system and apologised for not being able to accommodate the booking but instead she made it out that it was our fault for booking on the spot and that there were tables there that have over stayed their seating time and nothing she could do. She was dismissive, rude and when other guests arrived, she did not even close out the conversation and walked off. She could have tried to accommodate the booking by giving the bill to table's who's seating had passed their time (as you would do for any other booking) or at the very least she could have just apologised and told us it was an error with the system but instead she made us feel as though because we were able to get a booking on the spot that the fault was ours. The worst bit is that there is a £60 no show fee - she said she would cancel our booking but have yet to do that. Will have to see if they...

Ok so this will be the favourite bar of mine from now on. We were lucky enough to walk in Friday night, and I’ve been to Swift Soho a couple years ago, which was a fairly pleasant experience however listen, this new branch in Shoreditch is just a real GEM. Small intimate vibe & table setting, nice modern interior, very lively vibe with in-house DJ (great music!), super polite and friendly staffs who are very attentive to refill the water frequently, not to mention the loads of interesting cocktail selection. Lemon sorbet cocktail tasted just too good to be true.

I found the many small & intimate vibe bars tend to be little too quiet and formal, whereas large bars tend to be too crowded and loud to have a quality time with your company. But this place has it all, taking only good sides from the both worlds. Plus, despite being a small size bar, they have their own a clean toilet, close by tube station - what can I ask for more. Definitely will be...

I'd call this place anything but swift. The main problem is that it's pretty big, but there are very few people working there. As far as I could tell only one person was making all the drinks.

Came there on a Friday evening. Even though there was space, it took a while to get seated. Once seated, we finally ordered our drinks, and it took a really long time to get them. The drinks were ok, not very well balanced and quite expensive considering the quality of the drinks as well as the excruciatingly slow service. We even had to wait long after getting the bill until someone finally came with the card reader.

The seats are very uncomfortable as well. I think it had to do with how the foot rests are, but kept fidgeting around trying to get more comfortable.

That said, service is...

A superb bar, and well worth checking out. Their Soho branch is also a fantastic experience too! Staff are attentive, knowledgeable about the cocktails and ingredients, and very friendly. We sat at the bar and thoroughly enjoyed watching the talented bar staff efficiently work on producing beautiful looking cocktails. We ordered the Clarinet cocktail (like an apple/grapefruit bellini), the Ribbon (sherry, vermouth, campari and cognac - punchy!), followed by the much-loved Sgroppino which comes with a scoop of lemon sorbet that ideally you would allow to melt into the elderflower liquor and prosecco, and a Baccarat (Sazerac rye, Barolo Chinato, rhubarb amaro and Benedictine). Service is always outstanding when we visit the Swift bars, and always a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
